Abstract
본 발명은 1-메틸이미다졸, 1-메틸벤즈이미다졸, 1,2-디메틸이미다졸린, 1,2-디메틸-1,4,5,6-테트라히드로피리미딘, 1,8-디아자비시클로[5.4.0]운데센-7 및 1,5-디아자비시클로[4.3.0]노넨-5등의 N,N,N′-3치환 아미딘기를 갖는 화합물의 4급화물의 카르복실산 등의 염을 용질로하는 전해액, 및 각각 이로부터 제조된 전기 화학소자 및 전해 콘덴서에 관한 것이다. 이 전해액을 사용한 전해 콘덴서 및 일렉트로크로믹표시 소자와 같은 전기 화학 소자는 전해액의 열안정성이 양호하고, 비전도도가 높고, 금속, 수지 및 고무를 부식 또는 열화시키지 않는다.

제1도는 본 발명의 전해액을 적용하는 것이 바람직한 알루미늄 전해 콘덴서의 소자 부분의 구성도이다. 1은 양극박을 나타내고, 2는 음극박을 나타내고, 3은 분리기(separator)를 나타내고, 4는 인출 리드를 나타낸다.
Claims (17)
- 하기 일반식(1)로 표시되는 N,N,N′-치환 아미딘기를 갖는 화합물(a)의 4급염(A)의 용액으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해액,
- R1-C=N-R4
- R2-N-R3(1)
- 식중, R1은 히드록시기로 임의 치환될 수 있는 C1-C20의 탄화 수소기 또는 수소 원자이고, R2, R3및 R4은 각각 히드록실기, 아미노기, 니트로기, 시아노기, 카르복실기, 에테르기 또는 알데히드기를 임의로 가질 수 있는 C1-C10의 탄화 수소기를 나타내고, R1, R2, R3및 R4의 일부 또는 전부가 상호 결합하여 고리를 형성할수 있다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화합물(a)가 하기 일반식(2)로 표시되는 환상 아미딘 화합물인 전해액.

- R6-N-Q (2)
- 식중, R5은 히드록실기로 임의 치환될 수 있는 C1-C20의 탄화 수소기 또는 수소 원자이고, R6은 히드록실기로 임의 치환될 수 있는 C1-C10의 탄화 수소기이고, Q는 C1-C5의 탄화 수소기 또는 아미노, 니트로, 시아노,카르복실 또는 알데히드기로 임의 치환될 수 있는 C2-C10의 알킬렌, 아릴렌 또는 알케닐렌기를 나타낸다.
- 제2항에 있어서, 환상 아미딘 화합물이 이미다졸 고리, 2-이미다졸린 고리 또는 데트라히드로피리미딘고리를 갖는 1종 이상의 화합물인 전해액.
- 제3항에 있어서, 화합물(a)가 1-메틸이미다졸, 1,2-디메틸이미다졸, 1,4-디메틸-2-에틸이미다졸, 1-메틸벤즈이미다졸, 1,2-디메틸이미다졸린, 1,2,4-트리메틸이미다졸린, 1,4-디메틸-2-에틸이미다졸린, 1,2-디메틸-1,4,5,6-테트라히드로피리미딘, 1,8-디아자비시클로[5.4.0]운데센-7 및 1,5-디아자비시클로[4.3.0]노넨-5으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 전해액.
- 제1항에 있어서, (A)가, 임의로 히드록시기를 함유할 수 있는 C1-C11의 알킬기 또는 아릴알킬기가 화합물(a)의 두 질소 원자 중 한 원자와 결합한 구조의 양이온, 및 유기산 음이온 또는 무기산 음이온으로 구성된 염인 전해액.
- 제5항에 있어서, (A)를 구성하는 음이온이 카르복실산, 인산 및 모노-또는 디알킬 인산에스테르로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 유기산의 음이온인 전해액.
- 제6항에 있어서, 유기산이 프탈산 및(또는) 말레산인 진해액.
- 제1항에 있어서, (A)의-부티로락톤 및(또는) 에틸렌 글리콜 용액으로 이루어지는 전해액.
- 제1항에 기재한 전해액을 사용하는 전기 화학 소자.
- 임의로 히드록시기를 함유할 수 있는 C1-C11의 알킬기 또는 아릴알킬기가 제2항의 환상 아미딘 화합물의 두 질소 원자 중 한 원자와 결합한 구조의 양이온 및 카르복실산 음이온으로 구성되는 염의 유기 용재 용액으로 이루어지는 전해액을 사용하여 제조된 알루미늄 전해 콘덴서.
