Abstract
무단 변속기 변속제어의 최적화를 도모한다.
목표 변속의 달성에 최저한 필요한 일차 최소압(Ppmin)을 연산하고 블록[블록 (1)], 이차 풀리(5)와 벨트(6)의 사이에서 미끄러짐이 발생하지 않기 우하여 최저한 필요한 라인 압(Ppmin)을 연산하고 [블록(2)], 일차 풀리(40)쪽에서 미끄러짐을 발생시키지 않고, 목표 변속비를 실현할 수 있는 변속비 요구라인 압(Plratio)을 연산하고, [블록(3), (4)], 상기 Plpmin과 Plratio의 가운데 어느 것이든지 높은 관을 선택하고 [블록(5)], 선택한 라인 압(Plbase)을 엔진토크 TQENG와 변속속도 SV로부터 결정되는 과도시 라인 압(Pl add)등으로 보정하여, 최종적인 출력 라인 압(Plprs)를 구하고 [블록(6), (7), (8)], Plprs에 의하여 이차 풀리쪽 액추에이터(5a)를 제어한다. 이에 따라서, 급변속기 벨트(6)의 미끄러짐이 억제되는 등 라인 압 제어의 최적화를 도모할 수 있다.

제1도는 청구한 1에 기재된 발명의 구성을 표시하는 구성도, 제2도는 청구한 2에 기재된 발명의 구성을 표시하는 구성도, 제3도는 본 발명의 일실시예를 표시하는 시스템도, 제4도는 동상 실시예의 변속 제어 루틴(routine)의 플로 차트.
Claims (5)
- 동력원의 회전력을 받는 구동쪽 회전부재와, 피구동족 회전부재와, 이들의 사이에 설치된 양자간에서 동력을 전달하는 동력전달부재를 구비하고, 상기 구동족 회전부재와 상기 동력전달부재의 접촉위치의 회전중심으로부터의 거리인 구동쪽 접촉회전 반경과, 상기 피구동쪽 회전부재와 상기 동력전달부재의 접촉위치의 회전중심으로부터의 거리인 피구동쪽 접촉회전반경을 무단계로 상대변화시키므로서, 상기 구동쪽 회전부재와 상기 피구동쪽 회전부재의 사이의 변속비를 구단계로 설정할 수 있게 한 무단변속기의 제어장치에 있어서, 급변속을 검출했을 때에 상기 동력전달부재와 상기 구동쪽 회전부재 혹은 상기 피구동쪽 회전부재의 사이에서 미끄러짐이 생기지 않도록, 상기 동력전달부재와 상기 구동쪽 회전부재 혹은 상기 피구동쪽 회전부재의 사이의 접촉면압을 일시적으로 높이기 위하여, 상기 피구동쪽 회전부재를 상기 동력전달부재에 누르는 라인 압을, 상기 구동쪽 회전부재에 입력되는 입력토크가 클수록 높게 설정하는 제1라인 압 설정수단을 포함하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 무단 변속기의 제어장치.
- 동력원의 회전력을 받는 구동쪽 회전부재와, 피구동쪽 회전부재와, 이들의 사이에 설치된 양자간에서 동력을 전달하는 동력전달부재를 구비하고, 상기 구동쪽 회전부재의 상기 동력전달부재의 접촉위치의 회전중심으로부터의 거리인 구동쪽 접촉회전반경과, 상기 피구동쪽 회전부재와, 상기 둥력전달부재의 접촉위치의 회전중심으로부터의 거리인 피구동쪽 접촉회전 반경을 무단계로 상대변화시키므로서, 상기 구동쪽 전회부재의 상기 피구동쪽 회전부재의 사이의 변속비를 무단계로 설정할 수 있도록 한 무단변속기의 제어장치에 있어서, 급변속을 검출했을 때에, 상기 동력전달부재와 상기 구동쪽 회전부재 혹은 상기 피구동족 회전부재의 사이에서 미끄러짐이 생기지 않도록, 상기 동력전달부재와 상기 구동쪽 회전부재 혹은 상기 피구동쪽 회전부재의 사이의 접촉면 압을 일시적으로 높이기 위하여 상기 피구동쪽 회전부재를 상기 동력전달부재에 누르는 라인 압을 일시적으로 높이는 급변속시 라인 압 제어수단과, 상기 급변속시 라인 압 제어수단에 의하여 설정되는 라인 압을 변속속도가 클수록 높이 설정하는 제2라인 압 설정수단을 포함하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 무단변속기의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 급변속시 라인 압 제어수단에 의하여 제어되는 라인압을 변속속도가 클수록 높게 설정하는 제2라인 압 설정수단을 포함하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 무단 변속기의 제어장치.
- 제1-3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서 상기 급면속시 라인 압 제어수단으로부터 최종적으로 출력되는 라인 소정치 이상의 경우에는, 상기 구동쪽 접촉회전 반경과 상기 피구동쪽 접촉회전 반경의 상대변화 속도를 제한하므로서, 변속속도를 소정치 이하로 제한하는 변속속도 제한수단을 포함하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 단변속기의 제어장치.
- 제1-4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 구동쪽 회전부재가 유효 감아걸기 반경 변경가능한 풀리이며, 상기 피구동쪽 회전부재가 유효 감아걸기 반경 변경가능한 풀리이며 상기 동력전달부재가 이들에세 감아 걸려지는 감아걸기 전도매체인 것을 특징으로 하는 무단 변속기의 제어장치.
