Claims (11)

  1. 엔진의 구동축과 무단변속기의 입력축과의 사이에 슬립식 클러치를 설치한 자동차용 무단변속 장치에 있어서, 상기 엔진의 토오크를 검출하는 토오크 검출장치, 상기 엔진의 회전속도를 검출하는 엔진 회전속도 검출장치, 상기 슬립식 클러치의 출력축의 회전속도를 검출하는 출력축 회전속도 검출장치, 차량속도를 검출하는 차속검출장치, 상기 각 검출장치로 부터의 신호에 따라서 상기 무단변속기 및 슬립식 클러치를 제어하는 전자제어장치를 구비하고, 상기 슬립식 클러치의 실제의 슬립량을 상기 엔진 회전 속도 검출장치와 상기 출력축 회전속도 검출장치로 부터의 신호에 의하여 산출함과 동시에 차량의 운전상태에 따라서 미리 설정된 슬립량의 목표치와 상기 실제의 슬립량을 비교하여 슬립량의 차이를 연산하고, 그 차이량에 따라서 상기 슬리식 클러치의 제어장치를 슬립량이 목표치에 가까히 하도록 제어하고, 상기 무단 변속기의 실제의 변속비를 상기 엔진회전속도 검출장치 또는 상기 출력축 회전속도 검출장치로부터의 신호와 상기 차속검출장치로부터의 신호에 의하여 산출함과 동시에 상기 슬립식 클러치의 제어장치의 제어신호와 상기 엔진회전속도 검출장치 또는 상기 차속검출장치로부터의 신호에 근거하여 설정된 변속비의 목표치와 상기 실제의 변속비와를 비교하여 변속비의 차이를 연산하고, 그 차이량에 따라서 상기 무단변속기의 변속비를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 무단 변속장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무단변속기가 벨트식 무단변속기인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 무단변속장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무단변속기가 마찰식 무단변속기인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 무단변속장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬립량의 목표치가 상기 토오크 검출장치로부터의 신호와 상기 엔진회전속도 검출장치 또는 상기 차속검출장치로부터의 신호에 따라서 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 무단변속장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 토오크 검출장치가 엔진의 흡기계에 설치된 트로틀 밸브의 개방도를 검출하는 밸브 개방도 센서로 구성되고 있음을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 무단 변속장치.
  6. 엔진의 구동축과 벨트식 무단변속기의 입력축과의 사이에 슬립식 클러치를 설치한 자동차용 무단변속장치에 있어서, 상기 엔진의 토오크를 검출하는 토오크 검출장치, 상기 엔진의 회전속도를 검출하는 엔진 회전속도 검출장치, 상기 슬립식 클러치의 출력축의 회전속도를 검출하는 출력축 회전속도 검출장치, 차량속도를 검출하는 차속검출장치, 상기 각 검출장치로 부터의 신호에 따라서 상기 벨트식 무단변속기 및 슬립식 클러치를 제어하는 전자제어장치를 구비하고, 상기 슬립식 클러치의 실제의 슬립량을 상기 엔진 회전속도 검출장치와 상기 출력축 회전속도검출장치로 부터의 신호에 의하여 산출함과 동시에 차량의 운전상태에 따라서 미리 설정된 슬립량의 목표치와 상기 실제의 슬립량을 비교하여 슬립량의 차이를 연산하고 그 차이량에 따라서 상기 슬립식 클러치의 제어장치를 슬립량이 목표치에 가까이 하도록 제어하고, 상기 슬립식 클러치의 제어장치의 제어신호에 근거하여 상기 벨트식무단변속기의 피구동측의 가동풀리의 벨트 눌림힘을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 무단변속장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 슬립량의 목표치와 상기 토오크 검출장치로부터의 신호와 상기 엔진 회전속도 검출장치 또는 상기 차속검출장치로부터의 신호에 따라서 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 무단변속장치.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 토오크 검출장치가 엔진의 흡기계에 설치된 트로틀 밸브의 개방도를 검출하는 밸브 개방도 센서로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 무단 변속장치.
  9. 엔진의 구동축과 벨트식 무단변속기의 입력축과의 사이에 슬립식 클러치를 설치한 자동차용 무단변속장치에 있어서, 상기 엔진의 토오크를 검출하는 토오크 검출장치, 상기 엔진의 회전속도를 검출하는 엔진회전속도 검출장치 상기 슬립식 클러치의 출력축의 회전속도를 검출하는 출력축 회전속도 검출장치, 차량속도를 검출하는 차속검출장치, 상기 각 검출장치로부터의 신호에 따라서 상기 밸트식 무단 변속기 및 슬립식 클러치를 제어하는 전자제어장치를 구비하고, 상기 슬립식 클러치의 실제의 슬립량을 상기 엔진 회전속도 검출장치와 상기 출력회전속도 검출장치로부터의 신호에 의하여 산출함과 동시에 차량의 운전상태에 따라서 미리 설정된 슬립량의 목표치와 상기 실제의 슬립량을 비교하여 슬립량의 차이를 연산하고, 그 차이량에 따라서 상기 슬립식클러치의 제어장치를 슬립량이 목표치에 가까히 하도록 제어하고, 상기 슬립식 클러치의 제어장치의 제어신호에 근거하여 상기 벨트식 무단변속기의 피구동축의 가동풀리의 벨트눌리힘을 제어하고, 상기 벨트식무단변속기의 실제의 변속비를 상기 엔진회전 속도 검출장치 또는 상기 출력출 회전속도 검출장치로부터의 신호와 상기 차속검출장치로부터의 신호에 의하여 산출함과 동시에 상기 슬립식 클러치의 제어장치의 제어신호와 상기 엔진 회전속도 검출장치 또는 상기 차속검출장치로 부터의 신호에 근거하여 설정된 변속비의 목표치와 상기 실제의 변속비와를 비교하여 변속비의 차이를 연산하고, 그 차이량에 따라 상기 벨트식무단변속기의 구동축의 가동풀리의 벨트 눌림힘을 제어하여 변속비를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 무단변속장치.
  10. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 슬립량의 목표치가 상기 토오크 검출장치로부터의 신호와 상기 엔진 회전속도 검출장치 또는 상기 차속검출장치로부터의 신호에 따라서 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 단변속장치.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 토오크 검출장치가 엔진의 흡기계에 설치된 트로틀 밸브의 개방도를 검출하는 밸브 개방도센서로 구성되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 무단변속장치.
