Abstract

브라운관 순도 검사 방법을 개시한다. 본 발명은 측정 대상이 되는 브라운관에 소정의 패턴신호를 인가하여 이에 대한 휘도를 측정함으로써 상기 브라운관의 순도를 검사하는 브라운관의 순도 검사 방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 순도 검사 방법은 상기 패턴 신호에 의한 전자빔을 중첩되게 이동시키면서 각 지점의 휘도값에 대한 평균값을 검사하는 것을 그 특징으로 한다. 본 발명을 채용함으로써 불량품 판정이 정확하기 때문에 기존의 방법보다 생산품질을 높일 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 측정 대상이 되는 브라운관에 소정의 패턴신호를 인가하여 이에 대한 휘도를 측정함으로써 상기브라운관의 순도를 검사하는 브라운관의 순도 검사 방법에 있어서, 상기 순도 검사 방법은 상기 패턴 신호에 의한 전자빔을 중첩되게 이동시키면서 각 지점의 휘도값에 대한 평균값을 검사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 브라운관 순도 검사 방법.
