Abstract

본 발명은 다수의 압입 실린더의 압입 동력 및 행정을 동기화하여, 안정된 품질의 쇽 업소버를 얻을 수 있는 자동차의 쇽 업소버 압입 시스템이며, 모터의 작동에 의하여 유체를 펌핑하는 유압 펌프와; 압입될 쇽업소버를 작동 위치로 운반 및 반출시키며, 솔레노이드 위치 제어 밸브에 의하여 전후진 제어되는 한쌍의 쇽 업소버리프팅 유니트와; 다수의 쇽업소버 압입 실린더의 작동을 동기화하도록 동조 오차를 보정하는 동조 오차 보정 유니트와; 다수의 쇽 업소버 압입 실린더를 동기화하여 작동시키며, 동조 오차 보정 유니트에 의하여 동조 보정되는 동조 실리더와; 동조 오차 보정 유니트와 연결되며, 동조 실린더의 작동을 제어하는 방향 제어 유니트와; 한쌍의 쇽업소버 리프팅 유니트에 의하여 작동 위치로 운반된 쇽 업소버를 압입하는 쇽 업소버 압입 유니트를 포함한다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 자동차의 쇽 업소버 압입 시스템의 유압 회로도, 제2도는 본 발명에 따른 자동차의 쇽 업소버 압입 시스템의 압입 실린더가 쇽 업소버를 압입하기 전의 상태를 도시한 도면, 제3도는 본 발명에 따른 자동차의 쇽 업소버 압입 시스템의 압입 실린더가 쇽 업소버를 압입한 후의 상태를 도시한 도면, 제4도는 쇽 업소버의 압입된 상태를 도시한 평면도.

Claims (7)

  1. 모터의 작동에 의하여 유체를 펌핑하는 유압 펌프와; 압입될 쇽 업소버를 작동 위치로 운반 및 반출시키며, 솔레노이드 위치 제어 밸브에 의하여 전후진 제어되는 한쌍의 쇽 업소버 리프팅 유니트와; 다수의 쇽 업소버 압입 실린더의 작동을 동기화하도록 동조 오차를 보정하는 동조 오차 보정 유니트와; 상기 다수의 쇽 업소버 압입 실린더를 동기화하여 작동시키며, 상기 동조 오차 보정 유니트에 의하여 동조 보정되는 동조 실린더와; 상기 동조 오차 보정 유니트와 연결되며, 상기 동조 실린더의 작동을 제어하는 방향 제어 유니트와; 상기 한쌍의 쇽 업소버 리프팅 유니트에 의하여 작동 위치로 운반된 쇽 업소버를 압입하는 쇽 업소버 압입 유니트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 쇽 업소버 압입 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 한쌍의 쇽 업소버 리프팅 유니트중 하나는 유압 펌프로부터 연장하는 라인 상에 설치되는 압력 제어 밸브와, 상기 압력 제어 밸브와 접속되는 한쌍의 파일로트 체크 밸브, 및 유압 실린더와 소통하는 한쌍의 유량 제어 밸브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 쇽 업소버 압입 시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 한쌍의 쇽 업소버 리프팅 유니트 중 다른 것은 유압 펌프로부터 연장하는 라인상에 설치되는 압력 제어 밸브와, 상기 압력 제어 밸브와 소통하는 솔레노이드 위치 제어 밸브, 상기 솔레노이드 위치 제어 밸브와 접속되는 한쌍의 파일로트 체크 밸브, 및 상기 솔레노이드 위치 제어 밸브와 한쌍의 파일 로트 체크 밸브 사이에 설치되며 유압 실린더 및 유체 탱크와 소통하는 감압 밸브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 자동차의 쇽 업소버 압입 시스템.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 솔레노이드 위치 제어 밸브는 4보트 3위치 ABR접속 위치 제어 밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 쇽 업소버 압입 시스템.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 동조 오차 보정 유니트는 유압 펌프로부터 연장하는 라인 상에 설치되는 압력 제어밸브와, 상기 압력 제어 밸브와 소통하는 2보트 2위치 솔레노이드 위치 제어 밸브, 및 방향 제어 유니트와 소통하는 감압 밸브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 쇽 업소버 압입 시스템.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방향 제어 유니트는 상기 동조 오차 보정 유니트와 소통하는 2보트 2위치 변환밸브, 및 상기 동조 실린더와 소통하는 체크 밸브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 쇽 업소버 압입 시스템.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 쇽 업소버 압입 유니트는 유압 펌프로부터 연장하는 라인 상에 설치되는 압력 제어밸브와, 상기 압력 제어 밸브와 소통하는 솔레노이드 위치 제어 밸브, 상기 솔레노이드 위치 제어 밸브와 접속되는 한쌍의 파일로트 체크 밸브, 동조 실린더와 압입 실린더와 소통하는 한쌍의 유량 제어 밸브, 및 상기 유량 제어 밸브와 상기 방향 제어 유니트와 소통하는 다수의 압입 실린더를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 쇽 업 소버 압입 시스템.
