Abstract
본 발명은 특정한 MFR, 특정한 밀도, 특정한 용융강력을 가지며, (I)에틸렌과 탄소원자수 4이상의 α-올레핀으로부터 제조하며, 특정한 MFR과 특정한 분자량 분포(Mw/Mn)를 가지며, 밀도가 0.900~0.918g/㎤인 선상 저밀도 폴리에틸렌수지와, (Ⅱ) 밀도가 0.935~0.970g/㎤인 선상 중밀도 또는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌수지와, (Ⅲ) 밀도가 0.915~0.924g/㎤인 고압법 저밀도 폴리에틸렌수지를 특정한 비율로 함유한 중포장백용 폴리에틸렌수지 조성물 및 상기 조성물로부터 제조한 폴리에틸렌수지 필름에 관한 것이다. 이 조성물은 저온 낙하-백강도등의 저온 특성이 우수하여, 빙점하의 한냉지역에서도 중포장백에 유용하게 사용할 수 있는 필름을 제공할 수 있다. 이 폴리에틸렌수지 필름은 상기한 효과를 발휘한다.

Claims (8)
- (I) 에틸렌과 탄소원자수 4이상의 α-올레핀으로 되고, 멜트 폴로 레이드(190℃)가 0.1~1.0g/10분이며, 밀도가 0.900~0.918g/cm3이며, GPC법에 의해 측정한 분자량분포(Mw/Mn)가 1.5~3.5인 선상 저밀도 폴리에틸렌수지 40~70중량부와 (Ⅱ) 밀도가, 0.935~0.970g/cm3인 선상 중밀도 또는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌수지 1~55중량부와, (Ⅲ) 밀도가 0.915~0.924g/cm3인 고압법 저밀도 폴리에틸렌수지 5~29중량부로 되고, (상기 수지(Ⅰ),(Ⅱ),(Ⅲ)의 합계가 100중량부임) 이기 폴리에틸렌수지 조성물은 (ⅰ)멜트 플로 레이드(190℃)가 0.5~2.0g/10분이며,(ⅱ) 밀도가 0.918~0.935g/cm3이며, (ⅲ) 용융장력이 5g이상인, 중포장백용 폴리에틸렌수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 선상 저밀도 폴리에틸렌수지(I)는 에틸렌과 탄소원자수 4 이상의 α-올레핀을 메탈로센 촉매의 존재하에 공중합하여 제조된 에틸렌/α-올레핀 공중합체인 폴리에틸렌수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 선상 저밀도 또는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌수지(Ⅱ)는 멜트 폴로 레이트(190℃)가 2.0~60g/10분인 폴리에틸렌수지 조성물.
- (I) 에틸렌과 탄소원자수 4이상의 α-올레핀으로 되고, 멜트 폴로 레이트(190℃)가 0.1~1.0g/10분이며, 밀도가 0.900~0.918g/cm3이며, GPC법에 의해 측정한 분자량분포(Mw/Mn)가 1.5~3.5인 선상 저밀도 폴리에틸렌수지 40~70중량부와 (Ⅱ) 밀도가, 0.935~0.970g/cm3인 선상 중밀도 또는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌수지 1~55중량부와, (Ⅲ) 밀도가 0.915~0.924g/cm3인 고압법 저밀도 폴리에틸렌수지 5~29중량부로 되고, (상기 수지(Ⅰ),(Ⅱ),(Ⅲ)의 합계는 100중량부임) 멜트플로레이트(190℃)가 0.5~2.0g/10분이며, 밀도가 0.918~0.935g/cm3이며, 용융장력이 5g이상인 폴리에틸렌수지/조성물로부터 공냉인플레이션법으로 제조한 필름이며, 이 필름은 (ⅰ) 인장 영율이 4,000kg/㎠이상이며,(ⅱ)다트 충격강도가 55kg/cm이상인, 중포장백용 폴리에틸렌수지 필름.
- 제4항에 있어서, 선상 저밀도 폴리에틸렌수지(I)는 에틸렌과 탄소원자수 4 이상의 α-올레핀을 메탈로센 촉매의 존재하에 공중합하여 제조한 에틸렌/α-올레핀 공중합체인 폴리에틸렌수지 필름.
- 제4항에 있어서, 선상 중밀도 또는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌수지(Ⅱ)는 멜트 플로 레이트(190℃)가 2.0~60g/10분인 폴리에틸렌수지 필름.
- 제4항~제6항 중의 어느 1항에 있어서, 필름의 광택도가 50% 이상인 폴리에틸렌수지 필름.
- 제4항~제6항 중의 어느 1항에 있어서, 필름의 두께가 30~200㎛인 폴리에틸렌수지 필름.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
