Abstract

에틸렌 단독중합체, 또는 에틸렌과 탄소수 3내지 20의 α-올레핀 10중량%이하를 포함하는 에틸렌 공중합체 및 이로부터 수득된 연료 탱크가 기술되어 있으며, 당해 에틸렌 단독 중합체 또는 공중합체는 (1) 고유점도〔n〕가 2 내지 6dl/g이고, (2) 밀도가 0.945 내지 0.97f/㎤ 이고, (3) σ21비로서 정의되는 R 값이 2.5 내지 4(여기서, σ2및 σ1연신 변형율 δ이 0.5sec-1인 흐름하에서 각각 2초 4초의 연산시의 변형 웅력을 의미한다)이고, (4) -30℃에서 측정한 고속 충격강도(HRI-IZOD)와 21.6㎏의 하중하의 용융치수(HLMI)와의 관계가 식 HRI-IZOD≥-log HLMI+1.15을 만족시킨다.
당해 에틸렌 중합체는 융용 신장률이 크고 취입 성형시의 균일한 연신성과 성형 특성이 탁월하여 고강성 및 고내 충격성과 같은 기계적 특성 및 내화성이 탁월한 연료 탱크와 같은 성형품을 제공한다.

Claims (10)

  1. (1) 고유점도〔n〕가 2 내지 6dl/g이고, (2) 밀도가 0.945 내지 0.97f/㎤이고, (3) σ21비로서 정의되는 R 값이 2.5 내지 4(여기서, σ2및 σ1연신 변형율 δ이 0.5sec-1인 흐름하에서 각각 2초 4초의 연산시의 변형 웅력을 의미한다)이고, (4) -30℃에서 측정한 고속 충격강도(HRI-IZOD)와 21.6㎏의 하중하의 용융치수(HLMI)와의 관계가 식 HRI-IZOD≥-log HLMI+1.15을 만족시키는 에틸렌 단독중합체 또는 에틸렌과 탄소수 3 내지 20의 α-올레핀 10중량% 이하를 포함하는 에틸렌 공중합체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 용융 파열 시간이 25초 이상인 에틸렌 중합체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 용융 신장률(MT)이 하기 관계식을 만족시키는 에틸렌 중합체. MT≥12.4 logHLMI+20.5
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 강성(㎏/㎠)이 하기 관계식을 만족시키는 에틸렌 중합체.
    강성(㎏/㎠)≥-15500(HRI-IZOD)+1500
  5. (1) 고유점도〔n〕가 2 내지 6dl/g이고, (2) 밀도가 0.945내지 0.970g/㎤이고, (3) σ21비로서 정의되는 R 값이 2.5 내지 4(여기서, σ2및 σ1연신 변형율 δ이 0.5sec-1인 흐름하에서 각각 2초 및 4초의 연산시의 변형 웅력을 의미한다)이고, (4) -30℃에서 측정한 고속 충격강도(HRI-IZOD)와 21.6㎏의 하중하의 용융치수(HLMI)와의 관계가 식 HRI-IZOD ≥ -log HLMI+1.15을 만족시키는 에틸렌 단독중합체 또는 에틸렌과 탄소수 3 내지 20의 α-올레핀 10중량% 이하를 포함하는 에틸렌 공중합체을 취입성형하여 수득한 연료 탱크.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 가스 차단층 및 에틸렌 중합체를 포함하는 폴리에틸렌 층을 포함하는 적층 구조인 연료 탱크.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 한 면 이상에 접착층을 통해 에틸렌 중합체를 포함하는 폴리에틸렌 층을 갖는 가스 차단층을 포함하는 연료 탱크.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 가스 차단층이 폴리아미드 수지를 포함하는 연료 탱크.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 가스 차단층이 폴리아미드 수지 및 결정화도가 1 내지 35%이교 용융 지수(HLMI)가 0.01 내지 50g/10분이며, 0.05 내지 1 중량%의 그래프트 비로 말레산 무수물로 개질시킨 말레산 무수물 개질된 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체를 포함하는 조성물인 연료 탱크.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 접착층이 불포화 카복실산 또는 이의 유도체 0.01 내지 1중량%로 개질된 고밀도 폴리에틸렌을 포함하는 연료 탱크.
