Abstract
하기 조성을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물 : (A) α-올레핀 CH2=CHR(R은 1 내지 10개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬 라디칼이다.)과 에틸렌의 공중합체 75 내지 98중량%; 및 (B) 프로필렌과 에틸렌 및 하나 이상의 α-올레핀 CH2=CHR1(R1은 2 내지 10개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬 라디칼이다.)의 공중합체 5 내지 25%, 공중합체(B)는 크실렌에 대하여 비교적 높은 불용성을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 중합체 조성물은 종래 유형의 LLDPE에 비해서 개선된 가공성 및 개선된 기계적 성질을 가진다.

Claims (18)
- 하기 조성을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물 : (a) α-올레핀 CH2=CHR(R은 1 내지 10개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬 라디칼이다.)의 공중합체(공중합체는 α-올레핀 CH2=CHR을 20몰%까지 함유하는 에틸렌의 공중합체이다.) 75 내지 95중량%; 및 (b) 프로필렌과 에틸렌 및 하나 이상의 α-올레핀 CH2=CHR1(R1은 2 내지 10개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬 라디칼이다.)의 공중합체(공중합체(b)는 프로필렌 80 내지 98중량%, 에틸렌 1 내지 10중량% 및 α-올레핀 CH2=CHR11 내지 10중량%로 구성되며, 70%보다 큰 크실렌 불용성을 특징으로 한다.) 5내지 25%.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체(b)가 75%보다 큰 크실렌 불용성을 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체(a)가 80내지 90중량% 범위의 함량 및 공중합체(b)가 10 내지 20중량% 범위의 함량으로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 공중합체(b)에서의 프로필렌의 함량은 85 내지 96중량%의 범위, 에틸렌의 함량은 2 내지 8중량%의 범위, 그리고 α-올레핀 CH2=CHR1의 함량은 2 내지 7중량%의 범위임을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공중합체(b)는 140℃ 미만의 온도에서 최대값을 갖는 DSC 곡선을 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 공중합체(b)가 120 내지 140℃ 사이의 용융점을 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, α-올레핀 CH2=CHR 이 프로필렌, 1-부텐, 1-헥센, 1-옥텐, 4-메틸-1-펜텐중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, α-올레핀 CH2=CHR 은 1-부텐, 1-헥센, 1-옥텐, 4-메틸-1-펜텐중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(a)는 에틸렌과 1-부텐의 공중합체이고, 성분(b)는 프로필렌과 에틸렌 및 1-부텐의 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, ASTM D 1922 방법에 따라 25미크론의 두께를 갖는 필름상에서 측정된 인열 강도는 기계 방향에서 250g 이상이고, 횡단 방향에서 500g 이상임을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, ASTM D 1709 방법에 따라 측정된 충격 내성은 8g/미크론 이상임을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
- 비압출된 과립상 입자의 형태인 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 중합체 조성물.
- 구상 입자 형태인 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 중합체 조성물.
- 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 중합체 조성물로 부터 수득되는 필름.
- 하나 이상의 충이 제14항에 따른 필름으로 구성되고, 하나 이상의 층이 열가소성 중합체로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 공압출된 필름.
- 하나 이상의 층이 제14항에 따른 필름으로 구성되고, 하나 이상의 층이 열가소성 중합체의 필름으로 구성되는 공압출된 시트 및 적층판.
- 제1항 내지 14항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 중합체 조성물로 부터 수득되는 성형 제품.
- (ⅰ) 활성 형태의 마그네슘 할리드에 담지된 하나 이상의 티타늄-할로겐 결합을 포함하는 티타늄 화합물 및 선택적으로, 전자-공여 화합물을 함유하는 고형의 촉매 성분; (ⅱ) A1-알킬 성분; 및 (ⅲ) 선택적으로, 전자-공여 화합물간의 반응에 의하여 수득되는 촉매의 존재하에, 연속하는 ㅈ개 이상의 유동층 반응기 또는 기계적으로 교반되는 반응기에서, 임의의 순서로 다양한 반응기에서 동일한 촉매를 사용하는 하기 반응을 수행하여 기체상에서 단량체를 중합 시킴을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물의 제조 방법 : (Ⅰ) 하나의 반응기에서, 에틸렌과 α-올레핀 CH2=CHR(R은 1내지 10개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬 라디칼이다.)의 혼합물을 중합하여 α-올레핀을 20몰%까지 함유하는 상기 올레핀과 에틸렌의 공중합체가 수득되고; (Ⅱ) 또 다른 반응기에서 프로필렌, 에틸렌 및 하나 이상의 α-올레핀 CH2=CHR1(R1은 2 내지 10개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬 라디칼이다.)의 혼합물을 중합하여, 70% 이상의 크실렌 불용성 분획을 갖고, 80 내지 98중량%의 프로필렌, 1 내지 10중량%의 에틸렌 및 1 내지 10중량%의 α-올레핀 CH2=CHR1을 함유하는 에틸렌의 공중합체를 (Ⅰ) 및 (Ⅱ)에서 수득한 총 중합체에 대하여 5 내지 25중량%의 양으로 수득한다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
