Claims (17)
- 멜트인덱스가 0.1∼20g/10분의 범위내에 있고, 중량평균분자량/수평균분자량이 3∼12의 범위내에 있고, 시차주사열량분석법에 의해 측정한 최고융점이 60∼140℃의 범위내에 있는 부텐-1중합체 100중량부와 올레핀 중합체 200중량부이하를 함유한 조성물로 이루어지고, 인장탄성율이 500∼8,000Kg/cm2의 범위내에 있고, 인열강도가 TD방향 또는 MD방향에서 10Kg/cm이하이고, 또 MD방향의 인열강도(MD)와 TD방향의 인열강도(TD)와의 비(MD/TD 또는 TD/MD)가 4배이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 부텐-1중합체계필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 부텐-1중합체는, 부텐-1단독중합체 및 부텐-에틸렌공중합체로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종인 부텐-1중합체계필름.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 부텐-1-에틸렌공중합체는, 에틸렌단위의 부텐-1단위를, 1 : 99∼15 : 85의 범위내의 몰비로 함유해서 이루어진 부텐-1중합체계필름.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 부텐-1-에틸렌공중합체는,13C-NMR로 측정한 에틸렌의 블록성이 0.015이하인 부텐-1중합체계필름.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 부텐-1-에틸공중합체는 그 비등 디 에틸 에테르 가용분량이 3∼25중량%인 부텐-1중합체계필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀 중합체가, 에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 펜텐-1, 또는 헥센-1의 단독중합체, 이들의 공중합체, 또는 이들 중합체의 혼합물인 부텐-1중합체계필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀 중합체가 폴리프로필렌인 부텐-1중합체계필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 부텐-1중합체필름의 두께가 10∼150㎛의 범위내에 있는 부텐-1중합체계필름.
- 멜트 인덱스가 0.1∼20g/10분의 범위내에 있고, 중량평균분자량/수평균분자량이 3∼12범위내에 있고, 시차주사열량분석법에 의해 측정한 최고융점이 60∼140℃의 범위내에 있는 부텐-1중합체 100중량부와 올레핀 중합체 200중량부 이하를 함유한 조성물로 이루어지고, 인장탄성율이 500∼8,000Kg/cm2의 범위내에 있고, 인열강도가 TD방향 또는 MD방향에서 10Kg/cm이하이고, 또 MD방향의 인열강도(MD)와 TD방향의 인열강도(TD)와의 비(MD/TD 또는 TD/MD)가 4배이상인 부텐-1중합체필름의 적어도 한쪽면에 폴리올레핀수지를 적층해서 이루어진 것을 특징으로하는 적층필름.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 부텐-1중합체는, 부텐-1단독중합체 및 부텐-1-에틸렌공중합체로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종인 적층필름.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 부텐-1-에틸렌공중합체는, 에틸렌단위와 부텐-1단위를, 1 : 99∼15 : 85의 범위내의 몰비로 함유해서 이루어진 적층필름.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 부텐-1-에틸렌공중합체는,13C-NMR로 측정한 에틸렌의 블록성이 0.015이하인 적층필름.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 부텐-1-에틸렌공중합체는 그 비등디에틸에테르 가용분량이 3∼25중량%인 적층필름.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀수지가 에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 펜텐-1, 또는 헥센-1의 단독중합체, 이들의 공중합체, 또는 이들 중합체의 혼합물인 적층필름.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀수지가 폴리프로필렌인 적층필름.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 부텐-1중합체계필름의 두께가 7∼100㎛의 범위내에 있고, 폴리올레핀수지층의 두께에 대한 부텐-1중합체계필름의 두께의 비가 0.5∼20인 적층필름.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀수지의 층에 또, 폴리올레핀수지, 폴리에스테르수지, 및 폴리아미드수지로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 층을 적층해서 이루어진 적층필름.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
