Abstract

Claims (7)

  1. 하기 (a)-(b)의 블렌드로 구성되는 에틸렌 중합체 조성물: (a) 약 0.2 내지 약 25g/10분 범위내의 고하중 멜트 인덱스(HLMI), 약 0.91 내지 약 0.94g/cc범위내의 밀도, 적어도 약 10 이하의 불균질성 인덱스(HI)를 갖고 분자당 약 3 내지 약 10탄소원자를 갖는 적어도 하나의 올레핀의 약 0.01 내지 약 10몰% 범위내의 공중합된 공단량체 함량을 갖는 티타늄-기재 촉매 시스템으로부터 제조된 고분자량 폴리에틸렌, 약 35중량%이하, 및 (b) 약 0.1 내지 약 5g/10분 범위내의 멜트 인덱스(MI), 약 0.945 내지 약 0.98g/cc 범위내의 밀도, 및 약 6이상의 불균질성 인덱스(HI)를 갖는 크롬-기재 촉매 시스템으로부터 제조된 저분자량 폴리에틸렌 약 65중량%이상.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고분자량 폴리에틸렌은 약 30중량% 이하를 구성하며 상기 저분자량을 폴리에틸렌은 약 70중량%이하를 구성하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고분자량 부분은 2 내지 12g/10분 범위내의 고하중 멜트 인덱스, 0.920 내지 0.935g/cc 범위내의 밀도, 및 2 내지 7범위내의 불균질성 인덱스(HI)를 갖는 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 저분자량 폴리에틸렌은 0.1 내지 1.5g/10분 범위내의 멜트 인덱스, 0.95 내지 0.97g/cc 범위내의 밀도, 및 6 내지 30범위내의 불균질성 인덱스(HI)를 갖는 조성물.
  5. 제1-4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 저분자량 폴리에틸렌은 재순환된(후-소비자)폴리에틸렌인 조성물.
  6. 제1-4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체 성분(a) 및 (b)는 보풀 형태인 조성물.
  7. 제1-4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 근본적으로 (a) 및 (b)로 구성되는 조성물.
