Abstract

본 발명은 타이어 트레드 및 카커스 플라이 화합물에 사용하기에 특히 적합한 황 경화된 고무 조성물에 관한 것이다. 상기 황 경화된 고무 조성물은 고무 100 중량부를 기준으로, 에폭시화 고무 5 내지 95중량부, 실리카 충전제 약 5 내지 85중량부, 실리카 커플링제 0.5 내지 8.5중량부, 및 중간 비닐 폴리부타디엔, 스티렌-부타디엔고무, 합성 시스 1,4-폴리이소프렌, 합성 3,4-폴리이소프렌, 천연고무, 시스-폴리부타디엔, 스티렌-이소프렌 고무, 스티렌-이소프렌-부타디엔 고무, 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔 고무 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 고무로 구성된다.

Claims (9)

  1. 고무 100중량부(phr)를 기준으로, (a) 에폭시화 천연 고무 5 내지 95중량부, (b) 실리카 충전제 5 내지 85중량부, (c) 실리카 커플링제 0.5 내지 8.5중량부, 및 (d) 중간 비닐 폴리부타디엔, 스티렌-부타디엔 고무, 합성 시스 1,4-폴리이소프렌, 합성 3,4-폴리이소프렌, 천연 고무, 시스-폴리부타디엔, 스티렌-이소프렌 고무 스티렌-이소프렌-부타디엔 고무, 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔 고무 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 고무 95 내지 5중량부를 특징으로 하는 황 경화된 고무 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시화 고무가 15 내지 85몰% 범위의 에폭시화 변형 수준을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 경화된 고무 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실리카가 발열성 및 침전성 실리카로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 황 경화된 고무 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 실리카가 50 내지 1,000A 범위의 최종 입자 크기를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 황 경화된 고무 조성물.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 실리카가 40 내지 600 범위의 BET 표면적을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 황 경화된 고무 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실리카 커플링제가 이작용성 황 함유 유기실란임을 특징으로 하는 황 경화된 고무 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 커플링제가 비스-(3-트리에톡시실릴프로필)테트라설파이드, 비스-(3-트리메톡시실릴프로필)테트라설파이드 및 비스-(3-트리에톡시실릴프로필)테트라설파이드 그래프트된 실리카로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 황 경화된 고무 조성물.
  8. 고무 100중량부(phr)를 기준으로, (a) 에폭시화 천연 고무 5 내지 95중량부, (b) 실리카 충전제 5 내지 85중량부, (c) 실리카 커플링제 0.5 내지 8.5중량부, 및 (d) 중간 비닐 폴리부타디엔, 스티렌-부타디엔 고무, 합성 시스 1,4-폴리이소프렌, 합성 3,4-폴리이소프렌, 천연고무, 시스-폴리부타디엔, 스티렌-이소프렌 고무, 스티렌-이소프렌-부타디엔 고무, 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔 고무 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 고무 95 내지 5중량부로 구성된 황 경화된 고무 조성물을 특징으로 하는 외곽 트래드를 갖는 공기식 타이어.
  9. 고무 100중량부(phr)를 기준으로, (a) 에폭시화 천연 고무 5 내지 95중량부, (b) 실리카 충전제 5 내지 85중량부, (c) 실리카 커플링제 0.5 내지 8.5중량부, 및 (d) 중간 비닐 폴리부타디엔, 스티렌-부타디엔 고무, 합성 시스 1,4-폴리이소프렌, 합성 3,4-폴리이소프렌, 천연고무, 시스-폴리부타디엔, 스티렌-이소프렌 고무, 스티렌-이소프렌-부타디엔 고무, 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔 고무 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 고무 95 내지 5중량부로 구성된 고무 화합물을 특징으로 하는 카커스 플라이 화합물을 갖는 공기식 타이어.
