Abstract
흡입압력과 토출압력의 중간압력의 냉매가스를 크랭크실로 공급하고, 토출용량의 제어에 필요한 동력의 손실을 줄인다.
실린더블록(1)의 중심구멍(1b)와 후부하우징(4)의 격벽(4a)에 형성된 내주면(4b)등에 의해 형성된 밸브수용실(25)에 로타리밸브(26)을 회전축(10)에의해 회전가능하게 수용한다. 또, 이 로타리랠브(26)에 형성된 흡입통로(28) 및 흡입안내홈(29)에의해 흡입실(8) 내의 냉매가스를 실린더블록(1)의 통로(1c)를 통해서 흡입행정중의 실린더내의 작동실(30)으로 안내가능하게 형성한다. 그리고 전기한 로타리밸브(26)에 급기통로(33)으로 이루어진 연결로(26b)를 형성하고, 압축행정중의 작동실(30)으로부터 통로(1c), 연결로(26b), 베어링(12)의 간극 g에 의해 이루어지는 급기통로(33)을 통해서 크랭크실(3)내에 중간압력의 냉매가스를 공급한다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명을 요동경사판식 용량가변형 압축기로 구체화한 제1실시예를 나타낸 종단면도, 제2도는 로타리밸브의 수용상태를 나타낸 횡단면도, 제3도는 로타리밸브의 사시도, 제4도는 제3도의 도시한 로타리밸브의 외주면의 전개도.
Claims (1)
- 실린더블록(1)의 전후 양단면에 크랭크실, 흡입실(8) 및 토출실(9)을 형성하는 전면하우징(2) 및 후부하우징(4)을 설치하고, 그 실린더블록(1)에 피스톤(21)을 수용하는 복수의 실린더(1a)를 서로 평행하게 형성해서 전기한 크랭크실(3)내를 관통하도록 피스톤(21)을 왕복운동시키기위한 요동경사판(17)을 힌지기구를 통해서 경동가능하게 장착하고, 크랭크실(3)로 압력이 높아진 냉매가스를 공급하는 급기통로(33) 및 크랭크실(3)로부터 흡입실(8)측으로 냉매가스를 도입하는 배기통로(34)를 설치하고, 양 통로의 적어도 한쪽에 그 개폐를 행하는 제어밸브(35)를 설치해서 그 제어밸브(35)에 의해 전기한 각 피스톤(21)의 배면에 작용하는 크랭크실(3)의 압력과 전면에 작용하는 압력과의 차압을 조절해서 전기한 피스톤기구의 주위에서의 전기한 요동경사판(17)의 경사각, 말하자면 피스톤의 스트로크를 변화시키고, 토출용량을 제어하는 요동경사판식 용량가변형 압축기에 있어서, 전기한 흡입실(8)을 형성하는 후부하우징(4) 및/혹은 실린더블록(1)에 전기한 흡입실(8)과 연결된 밸브수용실(25)을 설치하고, 그 밸브수용실(25)과 전기한 각 실린더의 작동실(30)등을 각각 통로로 연결하고, 전기한 밸브수용실(25)에는 전기한 피스톤의 왕복운동에 동기해서 회전하는 로타리밸브(26)를 수용하고, 그 로타리밸브(26)에는 전기한 흡입실(8)과 흡입행정중의 작동실(30)과 연결된 통로(1c)와 선택적으로 연결되는 흡입안내홈(20)을 로타리밸브의 원주방향에 형성하고, 더우기 전기한 급기통로(33)를 전기한 로타리밸브(26)에 대해서 압축행정중의 작동실과 연결된 통로와 선택적으로 연결해서 그작동실내의 중간압력의 냉매가스를 크랭크실(3)로 공급하도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 요동경사판식 용량가변형 압축기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
