제1도는 본 발명의 한 실시예에 따른 냉매압축기의 종단면도.
Claims (6)
- 냉매 압축기는 실린더 블록이 인접한 다수의 실린더와 크랭크 실과함께 실린더 블록을 가진 압축기 하우징을 포함하고, 입력구동축 부가 캠로우터부로 연결되어 입력 캠로우터부에 의하여 구동되므로써 진동캠부의 수단으로 왕복운동되고 각 실린더내에서 활주할 수 있는 피스톤을 포함하며, 입력 구동축이 회전 될 수 있도록 지탱하기 위해 베어링부를 형성하고 있는 하우징상의 전면판과 흡입실과 배기실을 가진 하우징의 반대편에 배치된 후면판을 포함하고 있는 냉매압축기에 있어서, 입력캠로우터는 정해진 범위내에서 경사각의 변화를 가능하게 하기 위한 진동캠부에 대하여 밀착되게 접근하기 위한 경사면을 형성하고 있고, 크랭크실은 후면판의 흡입실과 통하도록 되어 있으며, 또한 밸브제어부재에 의하여 흡입실과 크랭크실의 소통을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉매압축기.
- 제1항의 냉매압축기에 있어서, 입력 캠로우터는 입력구동축에 고정된 캠몸체를 포함하고, 크랭크실내로 연장되기 위한 캠몸체의 한면으로부터 축으로 돌출된 암부(arm portion)를 포함하며, 경사캠의 경사각에 대하여 변화를 가능하게 하기 위해 암부의 외축단부에서 움직일 수 있도록 연결된 경사캠을 특징으로 하는 냉매압축기.
- 제2항의 냉매압축기에 있어서, 입력 캠로우터의 경사캠은 캠몸체내에 형성된 활주홈 속으로 뻗어지는 축으로된 경사돌출부를 포함하고, 두개의 라디얼 플랜지(radial flange)부위의 맞물림에 의하여 경사캠의 활동범위가 한정되도록 활주홈의 개구부 테두리와 경사돌출부의 외측단부에 형성된 라디얼플랜지부위를 특징으로 하는 냉매압축기.
- 제2항의 냉매압축기에 있어서, 진동캠부는 베어링을 통하여 슬리브부재에 지탱되어져 있고, 이러한 슬리브부재의 한측단은 경사캠의 중앙부위에서 나사형태로 연결되어져 있고, 슬리브부재의 위치는 슬리브 부재의 스프링부재의 양 개구부에 배치된 회전캠에 의하여 유지되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉매압축기.
- 제1항의 냉매압축기에 있어서, 크랭크실은 하우징을 관통하는 형태로 된 통로에 의하여 흡입실과 소통되고, 밸브제어부재는 통로의 개폐를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉매압축기.
- 제4항의 냉매압축기에 있어서, 밸브제어 부재는 흡입구내에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉매압축기※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
