제2도는 본 발명의 또하나의 구현예에 따른 가변배유량을 갖는 요동판형 압축기의 단면도.
Claims (2)
- 다수개의 시린더가 있는 시린더블록을 갖는 압축기하우징을 포함하고, 전단부판이 시린더블록의 한단부 상에 설치되어 있고 또 상기의 시린더 블록안에 크랭크실을 둘러싸고 있으며, 피스톤이 상기 시린더의 각각의 안에 미끄럼운동 가능하게 설치되고 또 요동판을 포함하는 구동기구에 의해 왕복운동되며, 로터가 구동축에 연결되어 있으며, 조절가능한 경사부가 상기의 로터에 조절가능하게 연결된 상기의 요동판에 가까이 경사표면을 갖고 또 조절가능한 경사 각도를 갖고 있으며, 상기의 경사각도가 상기의 압축기의 용량을 변화시키기 위해 상기의 크랭크실의 압력변화에 대응하여 변화하며, 상기의 전단부판이 구멍안에서 상기의 구동축을 회전가능하게 지지하며, 후단부판이 상기의 시린더 반대부와 배출실에 설치되어 있으며, 조절수단이 상기의 흡입실과 상기의 크랭크실 사이의 통과로의 개폐를 조절하며,또 흡입실이나 크랭크실의 압력에 대응하여 상기의 통과로의 한단부의 개폐를 ㅗㅈ절하는 제1조절 밸브수단을 포함하는 상기의 조절수단과 그리고 미리 정해진 값과 같거나 큰 흡입 및 배출실의 압력사이의 압력차에 대응하여 상기의 통과로의 다른 단부의 개폐를 조절하는 제2의 조절밸브로 개량구성된 냉매압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 구동축에 관하여 상기의 경사판의 각도가 최소치의 각도가 되도록 축방향으로 상기의 경사판을 향하게 하는 수단을 갖는 냉매압축기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
