제3도는 본 발명의 제2실시예의 압축기 전체를 나타내는 단면도.

Claims (4)

  1. 흡입실과 배출실 및 크랭크실을 구비하고, 크랭크실 압력과 흡입 압력과의 차압에 따라 피스톤의 스트로크가 변경되어 요동 경사판의 경사각이 변화하여, 압축 용량을 제어하도록한 각도 가변 요동 경사판형의 가변 용량 압축기에 있어서, 배출실과 크랭크실을 연통하는 공기 공급 통로와, 상기 크랭크실과 흡입실을 연통하는 공기 배출 통로를 설치하고, 상기 공기 공급 통로에는 그 공기 공급통로의 개도를 조정하는 조정 밸브를 설치하고, 그 조정 밸브에는 흡입 압력, 크랭크실 압력 또는 배출 압력등의 내부 압력을 감지하여 그 조정 밸브를 제어하는 압력 감지 수단을 설치하고, 또한 상기 압력 감지 수단에 결합하여 외부 입력에 의하여 그 압력 감지 수단에 가변하증을 부여하여 그 압력 감지수단의 압력 제어점을 가변하는 외부 제어 수단을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 가변용량 압축기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공기 공급 통로에 설치한 조정 밸브의 밸브체는 밸브 지지로드 및 벨로우즈등의 압력 감비 부재에 의하여 지지되고, 그 압력 감지 부재의 외측에는 상기 공기 공급 통로의 일부로 되며, 크랭크실 압력을 감지하는 압력 감지실을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 가변용량 압축기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공기 공급 통로에 설치한 조정 밸브의 밸브체는 밸브 지지로드 및 벨로우즈등의 압력감지 부재에 의하여 지지되고, 그 압력 감지 부재의 외측에는 흡입 압력을 감지하는 압력 감지실을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 용량 압축기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공기 공급통로에 설치한 조정 밸브의 밸브체는 밸브 지지로드 및 벨로우즈등의 감합 부재에 의하여 지지되고, 그 압력 감지 부재의 외측에는 공기 공급 통로의 일부로 되며,배출 압력을 감지하는 압력 감지실을 설치하고, 공기 공급 통로의 개방시에 상기공기 배출 통로를 폐쇄 가능하게, 공기 배출통로의 도중에 상기 밸브체를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 용량 압축기.
