Abstract
본 발명은 큰 냉방 능력을 필요로 하는 고부하시에 토출실로 부터 크랭크실로의 냉매 가스의 유출을 억제하여 냉방능력의 저하를 방지하고, 동력 손실을 막을 수 있으며, 용량 변경시의 응답성을 양호하게 확보하면서도, 차압 밸브의 개페를 확실히 할 수 있는 가변 용량 압축기에 관한 것으로, 크랭크실(2)가 흡입실(4)을 연통시키는 추가 통로(25)에 크랭크실(2)로부터 흡입실(4)로 유출된은 냉매 가스량을 조정하는 밸브(26)를 설치하고, 토출실 압력(Pd) 및 크랭크실 압력(Pc)의 관계가 Pd>>Pc로 되도록 설정된 차압 이상일 때 급기 통로를 폐쇄하는 차압 밸브를 설치하며, 차압 밸브(28)의 밸브체에 토출실(5)축으로 부터 크랭크실(2)축으로 냉매 가스의 통과를 허용하는 연통구멍(35)을 형성시키는 동시에 연통구멍(35)의 일부에 교축수단으로서 오리피스(36)를 설치한 가변 용량 압축기이다.

제1도는 본 발명을 구체화시킨 요동 경사판식 압축기를 도시한 단면도.
제2도는 흡입실, 토출실, 추기 통로, 급기 통로 및 각 밸브의 관계를 도시한 모식도.
제3도는 차압 밸브가 열린 상태를 도시한 부분 단면도.
Claims (1)
- 흡입실, 토출실 및 크랭크실을 가지고, 크랭크실 내에 설치된 요동 경사판의 구동축에 대한 경사각의 크랭크실 배면에 작용하는 크랭크실 압력과 피스톤의 전면에 적용하는 흡입실 압력의 차압에 따라 변경되어 압축 용량을 제어하는 가변 용량 압축기에 있어서, 크랭크실 흡입실을 연통시키는 추기 통로에 크랭크실로부터 흡입실로 유출되는 냉매 가스량을 조정하는 밸브를 설치하고, 토출실로 부터 크랭크실로 연통되는 급기 통로에는 토출실 압력(Pd) 및 크랭크실 압력(Pc)의 관계가 Pd≫Pc로 되도록 설정된 차압 이상일 때 급기 통로에 폐쇄하는 차압 밸브를 설치하며, 상기 차압 밸브의 밸브체에 토출실으로 부터 크랭크실축으로 냉매 가스의 통과를 허용하는 연통구멍을 형성시키는 동시에 상기 연통 구멍의 일부에 교축 수단을 설치시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 용량 압축기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
