Abstract

1. 청구범위에 기재된 발명이 속한 기술분야 : 본 발명은 클러치리스 편측피스톤식 압축기에 관한 것이다.
2.발명이 해결하려고 하는 기술적과제 : 본 발명은 클러치리스압축기에 있어서 토오크변동을 제어하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지 : 회전축(9)상에는 사판지지체(14)가 슬라이드가능하게 지지되어 있다. 사판 지지체(14)에 지지된 사판(15)의 경사각이 최소경사각이 되면 사관지지체(14)가 전달통(57) 및 차단체(21)을 누른다. 차단체(21)은 사파나경사각이 최소경사각일 때에 위치결정면(55)에 접하고, 흡입 톤로(54)와 흡입실(3a)는 노즐구멍(21d),차단체(21) 내부 및 압력개방통기구(21c)를 통해서 연결된다. 토출실(3b)에는 토출개폐밸브(60)가 수용되어 있다. 토출개폐밸브(70)은 사판경사각이 최소일 때에는 토출실 (3b)와 외부냉매회로(49)의 연결을 차단한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 크랭크실(2a), 흡입실(3a), 토출실(3b) 및 이들 각실을 접속하는 실린더(1a)를 구획형성하고, 실린더(1a)내에 편두피스톤(22)을 왕복직선운동이 가능하게 수용하는 실린더내의 회전축(9)상에 회전지지체(S)를 지착하고, 이 회전지지체(8)상에서 사판(15)을 경동가능하게 지지하며, 크랭크실(22)내의 압력파 흡입압과의 편두피스톤(22)을 통한 압력타에 의해 사판(15)의 경사각을 제어하고, 토출압영역(3b)파 크랭크실(2a)등을 접속하는 압력공급통로(37)를 거쳐서 토출압영역(3b)의 압력을 크랭크실(2a)에 공급함과 동시에 크랭크실(2a)와 흡입압영역(3a)등을 접속하는 압력개방통로(59)를 거쳐서 크랭크실(22)의 압력을 흡입압영역으로 방출해서 크랭크실(2a)내의 압력 조절을 행하는 클러치리스 편측피스톤식 가변용량압축기에 있어서, 토출용량이 0이 되지 않도록 사판의 최소경사각을 규정하는 최소경사각 규정 수단(55)와 토출압과 읍입압의 압력차가 설정값이하가 되면 압축기내로부터 외부냉매회로(49)로의 냉매가스의 토출을 저지하는 토출개폐밸브등을 갖춘 클러치리스 압축기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 외부냉매회로(49)로부터 흡입실(3a)로의 냉매가스의 유입을 허용하는 열림위치로 전환하는 차단체(21)를 전기한 사판(15)에 연동시키며, 전기한 차단체(21)이 전기한 닫힘위치일때에는 사판(15)의 경사각을 0으로 하지 쟈는 최소경사각으로 유지하고, 전기한 차단체(21)가 전기한 닫힘 위치일 때에는 흡입실(3a)과 외부냉매회로(49)등을 연결한 노즐통로(2d)를 설치한 건을 특징으로 하는 클러치리스 편두피스톤식 가변용량압축기.
  3. 크랭크실(2a), 흡입실(3a), 토출실(3b) 및 이들 각실을 접속하는 실린더(1a)를 구획형성하고, 실린더(la)내에 편두피스톤(22)을 왕복직선운동이 가능하게 수응하는 실린더내의 회전축(9)상에 회전지지체(8)를 지착하고, 이 회전지지체(8)':7에서 사판(15)을 경동가능하게 지지하며, 크랭크실(22)내의 압력과 흡입압과의 편두피스톤(22)을 통한 압력차에 의해 사판(15)의 경사각을 제어하고, 토출압영역(3b)과 크랭크실(2a)등을 접속하는 압력공급통로(37)를 거쳐서 토출압영역(3b)의 압력을 크랭크실(2a)에 공급함과 동시에 크랭크실(2a)와 흡입압영역(3a)등을 접속하는 압력개방통로(59)를 거쳐서 크랭크실(22)의 압력을 흡입압영역으로 방출해서 크랭크실(2a)내의 압력 조절을 행하는 클러치리스 편측피스톤식 가변용량압축기에 있어서, 전기한 토출실(3b)로부터 외부냉매회로(49)로 냉매가스가 유출불가능한 위치와 유출가능한 열림위치로 전환되는 차단체(21A)를 전기한 사판(15)에 연동시켜 전기한 차단체(21A)가 전기한 닫힘위치일 때에는 사판의 경사각을 0이 아닌 최소경사각으로 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 클러치리스 압축기
