Abstract

본 발명은 토출압 변동에 영향을 받지 않고 토출 용량을 원활하게 가변 제어하며 또한, 압축 가스를 효율적으로 공급 가능한 가변 용량형 요동 사판식 압축기를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
토출실(23)에서 크랭크실(5)로 토출 가스를 공급하는 가스공급 경로(R)의 도중에 자동 유량 조절 밸브(40)를 설치한다. 자동 유량 조절 밸브(40)는 밸브 구멍(46)을 매개로 서로 연이어 통하는 토출 압력실(41)과 중간압실(42)을 구비한다. 중간압실(42)은 벨로우즈(48)에 의해 2개의 방으로 구획되어 있고 벨로우즈 내실(42b)은 크랭크실(5)에 연이어 통하게 되며 벨로우즈 외실(42a)은 압축구멍(51)을 매개로 크랭크실(5)에 연이어 통하게 되어 있다. 벨로우즈(48)의 상단부에는 밸브 본체(47)가 접속되어 있으며 토출 압력실(41)안에 있어서 밸브 본체(47)의 머리부분이 밸브 구멍(46)에 분리접속한다.

제1도는 본 발명을 구체화한 제1실시예를 나타내는 요동 사판식 압축기 전체의 측단면도,
제2도는 제1도의 주요부 확대 단면도,
제3도는 토출압과 벨로우즈 내외실의 차압의 관계를 나타내는 그래프.

Claims (3)

  1. 흡입실, 토출실 및 크랭크실을 구비하고 요동 경사판을 수용하는 크랭크실 안의 가스를 흡입실로 방출 가능한 용량 제어밸브에 의해 크랭크실 압력을 제어하는 것에 의해 실린더 보어안의 피스톤을 매개로 압축실 압력과 크랭크실 압력의 차압에 기인하여 요동 경사판의 경사각을 변화시켜 토출 용량을 가변 제어하는 가변 용량형 요동 사판식 압축기에 있어서, 토출실과 크랭크실을 연이어 통하는 가스 공급 경로에 설치되며 또한 상기 토출실에 연이어 통하는 토출 압력실과 상기 가스 공급 경로에 설치된 밸브구멍을 매개로 상기 토출 압력실에 연이어 통하는 중간압실과, 상기 중간압실을 상기 토출 압력실에 연이어 통하는 제1감압실과 상기 크랭크실 또는 흡입실에 연이어 통하는 제2감압실로 구획하는 가압 부재와, 상기 제1감압실과, 크랭크실을 서로 연이어 통하도록 상기 가스 공급 경로에 설치된 교축 구멍과, 상기 감압 부재와 같은 시기에 변위 가능하게 연계됨과 동시에 토출 압력 실측에 있어서 밸브 구멍에 분리 접속 가능한 밸브본체와, 상기 토출 압력실이 대기압이 된 경우에 상기 감압 부재 및 밸브본체를 밸브 구멍의 개도위치로 복귀하는 복귀 부재에 의해 구성되는 유량 조절 밸브를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 용량형 요동 사판식 압축기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강압부재 및 복귀 부재는 중간압실에 수용한 자기 탄성을 갖는 벨로우즈인 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 용량형 요동 사판식 압축기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 감압 부재는 중간압실에 수용한 벨로우즈이고 복귀부재는 상기 스풀을 힘을 더하는 스프링인 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 용량형 요동 사판식 압축기.
