제3도는 개방로 상태를 도시하는 확대단면도.
제4도는 외부용량 제어밸브의 다른 예를 도시하는 종단면도.
Claims (4)
- 흡입실과 토출실 및 크랭크실을 구비하고, 크랭크실 압력과 흡입 압력의 차압에 반응하여 피스톤의 스트로크가 변경되고 요동 경사판의 경사각이 변화하여, 압축용량을 제어하도록된 각도 가변 요동 경사판형의 가변용량 압축기에 있어서,토출실과 크랭크실을 연통하는 급기통로와 상기 크랭크실과 흡입실을 연통하는 배기통로를 설치하고, 상기 급기통로에는 흡입압력, 크랭크실 압력, 또는 크랭크실 압력과 흡입압력의 차압등을 감지하고 그 감지압력에 의거하여 상기 급기통로의 개방도를 기계적으로 자기제어하는 자기용량 제어밸브를 설치하며, 상기 배기통로에는 엔진의 회전수, 증발기의 출구온도 혹은 크랭크실 압력등의 하나 또는 복수의 외부 검출신호에 의거하여 상기 배기통로의 개방도를 전기적으로 제어하는 외부용량 제어밸브를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 가변용량 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 외부용량 제어밸브의 밸브체는 압축실로부터 크랭크실로 블로우 바이되는 가스의 압력에 의해 기계적으로 개폐되어지는 밸브체를 겸용하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변용량 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 외부용량 제어밸브는 전자개폐밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 가변용량 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 배기통로는 압축실로부터 크랭크실로 블로우 바이되는 가스를 흡입실로 복귀해 주는 개방도 가변의 배기통로로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변용량 압축기.※ 참고사항: 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
