Abstract

크랭크실내에서의 냉매가스의 환류를 제어할 수 있는 이때문에 크랭크실내로 부터의 윤활류의 유출을 제어해서 윤활성을 향상시키고, 압축기의 내구성을 높인다. 토출실 (4b)와 흡입실(4a)을 연결로(23)에 의해 연결하고, 그 연결로 (23)의 도중에 용량제어밸브(25)와 고정다이어프램(5)를 설치한다. 또, 전기한 용량제어밸브(25)와 고정다이어프램(S)의 사이의 연결로(23)와 크랭크실(2a)를 하나의 분기통로(24)에 의해 연결한다.
연결로(23)와 분기통로(24)와의 접속점(E)의 상류측연결로(23A) 및 분기통로(24)에 의해 토출실(4b)내의 냉매가스를 크랭크실(2a)로 공급한다. 또, 크랭크실(2a)내의 냉매가스를 같은 분기통로(24) 및 접속점(E) 하류측의 연결로(23b)에 의해 흡입실(4a)로 배출한다.

제1도는 본 발명을 구체화한 제1실시예인 경사판식 용량가변형 압축기의 용량제어밸브를 나타낸 종단면도,
제2도는 요동경사판식 용량가변형 압축기 전체를 나타낸 종단면도,
제3도는 토출실, 크랭크실, 흡입실 및 용량제어밸브의 관계를 나타낸 블럭회로도,
제4도는 본 발명의 제2실시예에 있어서, 토출실, 크랭크실, 흡입실 및 용량 제어밸브의 관계를 나타낸 블럭.

Claims (1)

  1. 흡입실(4a)과 토출실(4b) 및 크랭크실(2a)등을 갖추고, 회전축(7)에 대해 피스톤(21)을 왕복운동시키기 위한 요동경사판(13)을 구동기구에 의해 경동가능하게 장착하고, 크랭크실(2a) 압력과 흡입압력과의 차압에 따라서 전기한 요동경사판(13)의 경사각이 변화하고 토출용량을 제어하도록 한 요동경사판식 용량가변형압축기에 있어서, 상기한 토출실(4b)과 흡입실(4a)을 연결로(23)에 의해 연결하고 그 연결로의 도중에 다이어프램와 용량제어밸브(25) 혹은 복수의 용량제어밸브를 설치하고 전기한 다이어프램과 용량제어밸브(25)의 사이의 연결로(23)혹은 복수의 용량제어밸브사이의 연결로와 전기한 크랭크실(2a)등을 분기통로(24)만으로 연결한 것을 특징으로 하는 요동경사판식 용량가변형 압축기.
