Abstract
압축기의 기동시 부하 변동 쇼크를 해소하고자 하는 본 발명은 전자 클러치에 연결되어 크탱크실 내부로 연장하는 구동축과, 크랭크실 내부에서 구동축과 함께 회전하고 크랭크실 압력에 대응하여 경사각을 변위시키는 회전 경사판과, 상기 회전 경사판에 연계되고 그의 회전 요동을 기초로하여 각각의 보어 내부에서 이동하는 피스톤과, 보어 내부로 유체를 공급하는 흡입실과, 보어 내부에서 압축된 유체가 토출되는 토출실과, 토출실과 크랭크실을 연통하는 배기 통로 또는 결합 급기 통로와, 크랭크실과 흡입실을 연통하는 결합 배기 통로 또는 배기 통로와, 결합 배기 통로 또는 급기 통로중에 설치되고 전자 클러치의 자기 작용에 의해 결합 배기 통로 또는 급기 통로를 게폐하는 개폐 밸브를 설치하는 것에 의해 상기 목적을 달할 수 있다.

제1도는 본원 제1발명의 실시예를 도시하는 종단면도, 제2도는 본원 제2발명의 실시예를 도시하는 단면도, 제3도는 제1도 및 제2도 개폐 밸브의 작동 상태를 도시하는 요부 단면도.
Claims (6)
- 전자 클러치(6)에 연결되어 크랭크실(5) 내부로 연장되는 구동축(7)과, 크랭크실(5)내부에서 구동축(7)과 함께 회전하고 크랭크실 압력에 대응하여 경사각을 변위 시키는 회전 경사판(11)과, 회전 경사판(11)에 연계되고 그의 회전 요동을 기초로하여 각각의 보어(15)내부에서 이동하는 피스톤(16)과, 보어(15)내부로 유체를 공급하는 흡입실(3a)과, 보어(15)내부에서 압축된 유체가 토출되는 토출실(3b)과, 토출실(3b)과 크랭크실(5)을 연통하는 배기 통로(27)와, 크랭크실과 흡입실을 연통하는 일련의 결합 배기 통로를 포함하는 압축기에 있어서, 상기 일련의 결합 배기 통로중에 설치되고 전자 클러치(6)의 자기 작용에 의해 결합 배기 통로를 개폐시키는 개폐 밸브(20)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 크랭크실과 흡입실을 연통하는 배기 통로(140)중에 설치되고 전자 클러치의 자기 작용에 의해 배기 통로(140)를 개폐시키는 밸브(120)가 전자 클러치의 스티터(163)에 조합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흡입실(3a) 압력과 크랭크실(5) 압력과의 차압을 조절하고 회전경사판(11)의 경사각 변위를 거쳐 토출유체 용량을 변화시키는 제어 밸브 기구(30)를 내장하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 전자 클러치(6)에 연결되어 크랭크실(5) 내부로 연장되는 구동축(7)과, 크랭크실(5) 내부에서 구동축(7)과 함께 회전하고 크랭크실 압력에 대응하여 경사각을 변위 시키는 회전 경사판(11)과, 회전 경사판(11)에 연계되고 그의 회전 요동을 기초로 하여 각각의 보어(15)내부에서 이동하는 피스톤(16)과, 보어(14)내부로 유체를 공급하는 흡입실(3a)과, 보어(15)내부에서 압축된 유체가 토출되는 토출실(3b)과, 토출실(3b)과 크랭크실(5)을 연통하는 일련의 결합 급기 통로와, 크랭크실과 흡입실을 연통하는 배기통로(24)를 포함하는 압축기에 있어서, 상기 일련의 결합 급기 통로증에 설치되고 전자 클러치(6)의 자기 작용에 의해 결합 급기 통로를 개폐하는 개폐 밸브(320)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 크랭크실과 흡입실을 연통하는 급기 통로(240)중에 설치되고 전자 클러치의 자기 작용에 의해 급기 통로(240)를 개폐시키는 밸브(220)가 전자 클러치의 스타터(163)에 조합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 흡입실(3a)압력과 크랭크실(5)압력과의 차압을 조절하고 회전경사판(11)이 경사각 변위를 거쳐 토출 유체 용량을 변화시키는 제어 밸브 기구(30)를 내장하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
