Abstract
왕복동형 압축기의 시동 충격의 완화를 도모한다.
주위방향으로 복수의 보어(2a)가 병렬 설치된 실린더 블럭(2)과, 내부에 배출실(7)이 형성되어 실린더 블럭(2)의 외단을 덮어 폐쇄하는 하우징(5)을 구비하고, 하우징(5)에는 각 보어(2a)에 걸쳐, 또한 배출실(7)과 연통하는 환형 제어실(32)을 설치하고, 각 보어(2a)와 마주하는 배출 포트(38) 및 배출 밸브(42)를 구비한 환형 밸브판(34)을 제어실(32)에 축방향으로의 유동이 가능하게 수납하므로서, 시동시의 극단적인 소용량화와, 완만한 토오크의 시동이 달성된다.

제1도는 본 발명의 한 실시예에 따른 왕복동형 압축기를 도시한 도면도, 제2도는 같은 실시예의 압축기의 작동 상태를 도시한 요부 단면도, 제3도는 같은 실시예에 있어서 밸브판을 도시한 측면도.

Claims (1)
- 주위방향으로 복수의 보어가 병렬설치된 실린더 블럭과, 이 실린더의 중심축 구멍에 삽입 지지된 구동축과, 이 구동축과 함께 작동하는 사판에 연결되어 상기 각 보어내를 직선운동하는 피스톤과, 내부에 배출실이 형성되어 상기 실린더 블럭의 외단을 덮어 폐쇄하는 하우징을 갖는 왕복동형 압축기에 있어서, 상기 하우징에는 각 보어에 현수되고, 또한 상기 배출실과 연통하는 환형 제어실을 설치하고, 각 보어와 마주하는 배출 포트 및 배출밸브를 구비한 환형 밸브판을 상기 제어실에 축방향의 유동이 가능하게 수납한 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동형 압축기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
