Abstract

본 발명은, 차량의 진동저감장치에 있어서, 동력부의 진동에 기인해서 발생하는 제어대상진동을, 효율좋게 양호하게 저감될 수 있도록 하는 것을 목적으로 한 것이며, 그 구성에 있어서, 동력부 p를 차체에 대해서 지지하는 복수개의 가진마운트 a1∼a4와, 이들 각 가진마운트 a1∼a4의 제어비율을, 차량의 소정인자 J의 상태에 따라서 변경하는 비율변경수단(50A)를 설치한 것을 특징으로 한것이다. 이로써, 각 가진마운트 a1∼a4의 제어비율을 변경하므로서, 연산처리 능력 및 전력의 유효한 이용등을 도모하고, 상기 목적을 달성한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 의한 차량의 진동 저감장치를 개략 구성도.
제2도는 제1도에 표시한 각 가진(加振)마운트의 설치위치를 표시한 평면도,
제3도는 제1도에 표시한 제어기의 내부구성을 표시한 도면,
제4도는 엔진회수에 따른 제어비율이 변경동작을 표시한 순서도.

Claims (11)

  1. 차량의 동력부를 차체에 대해서 지지하는 복수개의 가진마운트와, 상기 동력부의 진동에 기인해서 상기 차량의 소정의 진동요소에 발생하는 제어대상 진동이 저감되도록 상기 각 가진마운트를 가진구동 시키는 제어수단과, 상기 차량의 소정인자의 상태에 따라서 상기 각가진마운트의 제어비율을 변경하는 비율 변경수단을 구배해서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 진동저감장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비율변경수단이, 상기 제어대상진동의 저감에 대한 기여울이 높은 상기 가진마운트의 제어비울을 올리는 것임을 특징으로 하는 차량의 진동저감장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소정인자가 상기 차량의 엔진의 회전수인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 진동저감장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 소정인자가 상기 차량의 엔진의 회전수인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 진동저감장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제어대상진동이 상기 차량의 차실내에 발생하는 틀어박힌 음인것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 진동저감장치.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 엔진의 회전수가 아이들 회전수인때는 상기 기여울이 높은 가진마운트가, 상기 엔진의 로울방향의 진동이 입력되기 쉬운 위치에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 진동저감장치.
  7. 제1항에 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 소정인자가 상기 차량의 변속기의 변속단인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 진동저감장치.
  8. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 소정인자가 상기 차량의 가감속도인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 진동저감장치.
  9. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 소정인자가 상기 차량의 승무원의 숭차위치는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 진동저감장치.
  10. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 소정인자가 상기 차량의 창의 개폐도인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 진동저감장치.
  11. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 소정인자가 상기 차량의 축전지의 전압인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 진동저감장치.
