Abstract

복사기, 프린트, 팩시밀리 혹은 이와 유사한 화상형성장치에 사용되는 화상 전사기구가 제공된다.
전자벨트가 회전되고 그 전극과 접촉하여 제1전극으로부터 전하가 인가되어 토너상이 화상담체로부터 전사벨트상에 운반된 전사매체나 그 전사벨트 자체로 전사된다.
제2전극이 상기 전사벨트와 접촉한다.
제2전극과 지면사이에는 저항요소가 연결되어 있다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 의한 화상전사기구의 제1실시예를 나타내는 개략도,
제2도는 본 발명에 제1실시예와 종래의 접촉형 화상전사기구에 있어서 전사벨트의 후면 저항변화에 따른 고압전원으로 부터의 전압과 여러가지 전류를 비교한 표,
제3도는 본 발명의 제2실시예를 나타내는 개략도,
제4도는 본 발명의 제2실시예를 실시할 제어회로를 나타내는 블록다이어그램,
제5도는 본 발명의 제4실시예를 나타내는 개략도.

Claims (6)

  1. 전사벨트의 회전되고 그 전사벨트에 그 제1전극을 접촉하여 제1전극으로부터 전하기 인가되어 토너상을 화상담체(imagecarrier)로부터 상기 전사벨트상에 운반된 전사매체(imagemedium)나 전사벨트로 전사되는 화상전사기구에 있어서, 상기 기구는 상기 전사벨트와 접촉하는 제2전극; 및 상기 제2전극과 지면사이에 연결된 저항소자; 를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 화상전사기구.
  2. 1항에 있어서, 상기 저항소자는 가변저항소자를 포함하며, 상기 화상전사기구는 나아가 상기 제1전극으로부터 상기 전사벤트로 흐른 출력전류에 대한 상기 제1전극으로부터 상기 전사벨트로 인가된 전압의 비를 산출하고, 상기 산출된 비가 일정값을 갖도록 상기 가변저항소자의 저항을 제어하는 제어수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 화상전사기구.
  3. 1항에 있어서, 상기 저항소자는 가변저항소자를 포함하며, 상기 기구는 나아가 상기 전사벨트로부터 상기 제1전극이 아닌 전극으로 흐른 전류와 상기 제1전극에서 상기 전사벨트로 흐른출력전류의 비를 산출하고, 그 산출비가 일정값을 갖도록 상기 가변저항소자의 저항을 제어하는 제어수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 화상전사기구.
  4. 전사벨트를 회전시키고, 제1전극을 그 전사벨트와 접촉유지하고, 전원으로부터 상기 제1전극을 통해 상기 전사벨트에 전하를 인가시키고, 상기 전사벨트와 접촉하는 제2전극을 통해 상기 전사벨트로부터 상기 전원으로 흐르는 전류를 피드백시키고, 또한 상기 제1전극으로부터 상기 전사벨트로 흐르는 출력전류와 상기 전사벨트로부터 상기 제2전극을 통해 흐르는 전류간의 차이가 일정하게 유지하도록 토너상을 화상담체로부터 상기 전사벨트상에 운반된 전사매체나 상기 전사벨트에 전사시키고, 상기 제2전극과 상기 전원사이에 저항소자가 연결되어 있는 화상전사기구.
  5. 4항에 있어서, 상기 저항소자는 가변저항소자를 포함하며, 상기 화상전사기구는 나아가 상기 제1전극으로부터 상기 전사벨트로 흐른 출력전류에 대한 상기 제1전극으로부터 상기 전사벨트로 인가된 전압의 비를 산출하고, 그 산출비가 일정값을 갖도록 상기 가변저항소자의 저항을 제어하는 제어수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 화상전사기구.
  6. 4항에 있어서, 상기 저항소자는 가변저항소자를 포함하고, 상기 화상전사기구는 나아가 상기 제1전극으로부터 상기 전사벨트로 흐른 출력전류와 상기 전사벨트로부터 상기 제1전극이 아닌 전극으로 흐른 전류의 비를 산출하고, 그 산출비가 일정값을 갖도록 상기 가변저항소자의 저항을 제어하는 제어수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 화상형성기구.
