제1도 내지 3도는 탈알루미네이트화된 Y-제올라이트 상에서의 톨루엔 P-크실렌 및 n-헥산의 흡착 등온선을 각각 도시한 그래프이다.
Claims (9)
- 탈알루미네이트화된 제올라이트 Y 및 하나 이상의 결합제를 함유하는 소수성 인자가 1.5 내지 6.0인 성형체.
- 분말상의 탈알루미네이트화된 제올라이트 Y를 임의로 윤활제 및/또는 기공 형성제를 부가하면서, 하나 이상 의 결합제 및 임의로 물 또는 유기 용매와 함께 혼합하고, 생성된 괴상을 성형시킨후 이렇게 생성된 성형체를 건조 및 하소시킴을 특징으로 하여, 제1항에 따른 성형체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 수중 슬러리 형태의 pH가 10 이하인 점토 광물 5 내지 40중량%[사용된 무수(아트로)제올라이트 괴상의 양 기준]를 결합제로서 사용하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 규산에스테르 및/또는 부분-축합된 규산 에스테르 10 내지 70중량%[사용된 무수(아트로)제올라이트 괴상의 양 기준]를 결합제로서 사용하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 임의의 조성을 갖는, 수중 슬러리의 pH가 10 이하인 점토 광물과 하나 이상의 SiO2공급원의 혼합물 총 5 내지 70중량%[사용된 무수(아트로) 제올라이트 괴상의 양 기준]를 결합제로서 사용하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 성형 공정후, 성형체를 실온 내지 450℃의 온도에서 건조시키고, 850 내지 1100℃에서 하소시키는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 윤활제 1 내지 20중량%[사용된 무수 (아트로) 제올라이트 괴상의 양기준)를 성형될 제올라이트와 결합제의 혼합물에 가하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 기공 형성제 1 내지 30중량%(사용된 무수(아트로)제올라이트 괴상의 양 기준)를 성형될 제올라이트와 결합제의 혼합물에 가하는 방법.
- 배기 공기 및 폐수 정제용 흡착제로서의 제1항에 따른 성형체의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
