Claims (21)
- 상대적으로 연한 금속으로 제조된 판(1)로 구성된 제품에 있어서, 상기 제품이 그 표면들중 하나상에 판(1)의 재료보다 경한 제2금속 또는 함금으로 부터 제조된 천공 시트 또는 격자 형태의 금속요소(2)를 구비하고, 상기 금속 요소(2)가 판안에 적어도 부분적으로 묻히도록 드롭 단조 또는 스탬핑에 의해 판에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속판(1)의 두 표면 각각이 제1항에 주어진 요소의 한정에 따른 금속 요소를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제2항에 있어서, 두 금속 요소(2)가 동일 금속 또는 합금으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제2항에 있어서, 두 금속 요소(2)가 다른 금속 또는 합금으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 요소(2)의 표면 또는 판(1)의 반대 측면상의 표면인 요소(2)의 적어도 한 표면이, 제1금속과 동일한 금속으로 제조된 코팅(5)에 의해 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제5항에 있어서, 판(1)이 알루미늄으로 제조되고, 요소(2)가 고정되는 판(1)의 각 표면이 연속적인 에나멜 또는 플로오로카본 수지층으로 도포된 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제6항에 있어서, 판(1)의 표면과 상기 층(6)으로 도포된 상기 대응 요소(2)의 표면이 서로 정렬되도록 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 요소(2) 또는 시트 또는 격자의 표면이, 상기 판(1)의 표면(1a)에 대하여 돌출된 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제품이 하나가 다른 하나에 고정된 적어도 두개의 금속판(7, 8)을 포함하고, 금속판들이 판들중 하나(7)의 금속과 다른 판(8)의 금속안에 부분적으로 묻히는 금속 요소(9)를 그 경계면에 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제9항에 있어서, 두 금속판(7, 8)이 동일 금속 또는 합금으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제9항에 있어서, 두 금속판(7, 8)이 동일 금속 또는 합금으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제9항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 두 금속판(7, 8)중 적어도 하나가 그 외부 표면상에 천공 시트 또는 격자 형태의 금속 요소(11, 12)를 지지하고, 상기 요소가 상기 판의 금속안에 드롭 단조에 의해 적어도 부분적으로 묻히는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 제품이 하나가 다른 하나에 고정된 적어도 3개의 금속판(14, 15, 16)을 포함하고, 금속판들이 각 경계면에 상기 한정에 따른 금속 요소(17, 18)을 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제1항 내지 제13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제품이 디프드로운(deep-drawn) 제품의 일부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제1항 내지 제14항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조리 용기(20, 25)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제15항에 따른 조리 용기(20)에 있어서, 격자(2)가 용기(20)의 바닥(21)의 외부 표면에 적용 및 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리 용기.
- 제16항에 있어서, 유도 가열할 수 있는 알루미늄 시트를 디프드로잉함으로써 제조하고, 격자(2)가 자성 스테인레스 강으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 조리 용기.
- 제15항에 있어서, 격자(2)가 용기(25)의 바닥(26)의 내부 표면에 적용 및 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리 용기.
- 제18항에 있어서, 격자(2)가 용기(25) 바닥(26)의 금속안에 부분적으로만 묻히는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리 용기.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 표면으로부터 약간 돌출된 격자(2)기 비점착성 코팅(27)에 의해 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리 용기.
