Claims (9)

  1. 다음 구조식( I )의 신규 1-(3-클로로페닐)-4-히드록시메틸-7,8-디메톡시-5H-2,3-벤조디아제핀 및 제약적으로 허용되는 그의 산 부가염
    ( I )
  2. a1)다음 구조식(Ⅱ)의 d1-3-(3,4-디메톡시페닐)-프로판-1,2-디올을 3-클로로벤즈알데히드와 반응시키고, 생성된 다음 구조식(Ⅲ)의 신규 이소크로만 유도체를 1 내지 4개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 지방족 카르보실산 또는 그이 반응성 유도체로 아실화시키고 생성된 아실화 이소크로만 유도체를 크롬산으로 산화시키고, 생성된 다음 일반식(Ⅳ)의 신규 1,5-디케톤 유도체를 직접 또는 상응하는 2-벤조피릴륨염으로 전환시킨 후, 히드라진 수화물과 반응시켜서, 상기 구조식( I )의 염기를 얻고, 이 염기를 제약적으로 허용되는 산 부가염으로 전환시키거나
    (Ⅱ)
    (Ⅲ)
    (Ⅳ)
    [상기 식(Ⅳ)에서, R은 C1-C4의 알킬기를 나타냄], 또는 a2)상기 구조식(Ⅲ)의 신규 이소크로만 유도체를 1내지 4개의 탄소원자를 갖는 카르복실산 또는 그의 반응성 유도체로 아실화시키고, 생성된 아실하 이소크로만 유도체를 크롬산으로 산화시키고, 생성된 상기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 신규 1,5-디케톤 유도체를 직접 또는 상응하는 2-벤조피릴륨염으로 전환 시킨 후, 히드라진 수화물과 반응시켜서, 상기 구조식( I )의 염기를 얻고, 이 염기를 제약적으로 허용되는 산 부가염으로 전환시키거나, 또는 a3)상기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 신규 1,5-디케톤 유도체를 직접 또는 상응하는 2-벤조피릴륨염으로 전환시킨 후, 히드라진 수화물과 반응시켜서, 상기 구조식( I )의 염기를 얻고, 이 염기를 제약적으로 허용되는 산 부가염으로 전환 시킴을 특징으로 하는 상기 구조식( I )의 화합물의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 구조식(Ⅲ)의 이소크로만 유도체를 아세트산 무수물로 아실화시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 산하를 죤스 시약으로 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 1,5-디케톤 유도체를 98 내지 100% 히드라진 수화물 3 내지 7몰 당량과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 유효성분으로서 제1항에서 청구한 바와 같은 상기 구조식( I )의 화합물 또는 제약적으로 허용되는 그의 산 부가염과 적당한 불활성 고체 또는 액상 제약 담체와 혼합시켜서 되는 제약 조성물.
  7. 상기 구조식( I )의 화합물 또는 제약적으로 허용되는 그의 산부가염을 불화성 고체 또는 액상 제약 담체와 혼합시켜서 되는 제6항에 의한 제약 조성물의 제조방법.
  8. 상기 구조식( I )의 화합물 또는 제약적으로 허용되는 그의 산 부가염을 함유하며, 중추신경활성을 갖는 제약 조성물.
  9. 환자에게 상기 구조식( I )의 화합물 또는 제약적으로 허용되는 그의 염의 유효한 양을 투여하여서 되는 항불안성, 항호전성 및/또는 항우울성 치료방법.
