Claims (14)

  1. 여러개의 노즐구멍과 이 노즐구멍의 각각에 연통하는 여러개의 독립된 배출실과 이 배출실의 적어도 한쪽벽의 일부가 기계적 변형을 일으키도록 되어 있는 진동판과, 이 진동판을 구동하는 구동수단과 여러개의 배출실에 잉크를 공급하는 공통의 잉크캐비티등을 구비한 잉크제트헤드를 지니고 구동수단에 전기펄스를 인가함에 따라 이 구동수단에 대응하는 진동판을 배출실의 압력이 상승하는 방향으로 변형시켜, 노즐구멍으로부터 잉크액적을 기록용지에 향하여 배출함에 있어서 구동수단이 진동판을 정전기력에 따라 변형시키는 전극으로 되었고, 이 전극을 기판위에형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트기록장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 잉크제트헤드는 적어도 3장의 기판을 겹쳐서 접합한 적층구조를 지녔고, 중간의 기판에 저부를 진동판으로 한 배출실을 설피하여, 전극을 이진 동판에 대향근접시켜서 하측의 기판위에 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트기록장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전극이 다시금 절연막으로 덮여져 있음을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트기록장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 배출실의 상하벽이 진동판으로 되어 있고 각각의 진동판에 대하여 전극을 배설한 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트기록장치.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 진동판이 장방형 또는 정방형으로 형성되었고, 이 4각형의 대향하는 2변 또는 4변 전부에 설치한 주름통홈을 개재하여 진동판을 지지한 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트기록장치.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 진동판이 장방형 또는 정방향으로 형성되었고, 이 4각형의 한편을 외팔보식으로 지지함과 동시에 절연성의 잉크를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트기록장치.
  7. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전극이 하나의 진동판에 대하여 2개 배설되었고, 제1전극을 이 진동판의 바로 밑의 진동실내에 제2전극을 진동실밖에 배설함과 동시에 양 전극에 반대극성의 전기펄스를 번갈아 인가하는 발진회로를 접속한 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트기록장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 2개의 전극을 함께 진동실내에 배설한 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트기록장치.
  9. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전극에 대향하여 금속극을 진동판에 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트기록장치.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 진동실이 홈을 개재하여 대기에 연통하도록 되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트기록장치.
  11. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서 전극을 기판의 요부내에 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트기록장치.
  12. 제2항에 있어서, 여러개의 노즐구멍이 중간기판의 단부에 같은 간격으로 배설되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트기록장치.
  13. 제2항에 있어서, 여러개의 노즐구멍이 배출실의 각각의 바로위에서 상측기판에 같은 간격으로 배설되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트기록장치.
  14. 실리콘 단결정기판에 이방성에칭을 함에 따라 각 주요부분을 형성하여 노즐기판을 제작하는 공정과, 기판에 전극 또는 전극 및 절연막을 형성함에 따라 전극기판을 제작하는 공정과 노즐기판과 전극기판을 양극접합함에 따라 접합하는 공정등으로 잉크제트헤드의 제조방법.
