화상 형성장치 및 이에 사용하기 위한 토너카트리지

제5도는 토너카트리지의 사시도,

제8도는 카트리지카바의 내측에 설한 마이크로스위치와 이에 관련한 구성을 나타내는 사시도.

Claims (8)

  1. 화상암체(image carrie)에 정전기적으로 형성된 잠상(latent image)를 토너 형태로된 현상제로써 현상하여 토너상을 만드는 화상형성장치에 있어서, 내부에 토너를 함유하는 탈착가능한 토너카트리지가 장착되어 그 토너 카트리지로부터 토너를 공급하는 현상장치; 상기 현상장치에 토너를 보급해야 하는 것을 검출하고, 토너보급작업의 각 공정의 수행을 검출하는 검출장치 ; 및 상기 검출장치의 출력에 따라 작업자가 행할 다음의 작업내용을 표시하는 표시장치;를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 검출장치는, 상기 현상장치내의 토너가 부족한 것을 검출하는 토너 부족검출센서; 및 토너카트리지가 장착되어있는 것을 검출하는 카트리지센서;를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
  3. 2항에 있어서, 나아가 상기 토너부족검출센서가 토너부족을 검출하고 상기 카트리지센서가 토너카트리지의 세트를 검출하면 조작자로하여금 상기 토너카트리지를 교환하여 현상장치에 토너를 보급할 것을 촉구하는 표시를 하고, 상기 토너부족검출센서가 토너부족을 검출하고 상기 카트리지센서가 상기 토너카트리지가 없는 것을 검출 했을때 조작자로하여금 새로운 토너카트리지의 세트를 촉구하는 표시를 하도록, 상기 표시장치를 제어하는 제어장치를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
  4. 3항에 있어서, 상기 토너카트리지는 본체;및 상기 본체에 형성된 개구에 개폐자재로 취부된 셔터;를 구비하며, 상기 셔터는 새로운 토너카트리지를 상기 현상장치내에 장착하면 토너가 상기 현상장치내에 보급되도록 개방됨을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 나아가 상기 셔터의 개방을 검출하는 셔터센서를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
  6. 화상담체에 정전기적으로 형성된 잠상을 토너형테로 된 현상제로써 현상하는 화강 형성장치에 토너를 보급하기위해 상기 화상장치에 탈착가능하게 설치되는 토너가트리지에 있어서, 토너를 수용하는 카트리지본체; 상기 본체에 형성된 개구에 개폐자재로 취부된 셔터;및 상기 셔터의 개방을 검출하기위해 상기 화상형성장치에 설치된 셔터센서를 작동시키기 위하여 상기 셔터에 제공된 액튜에이터(actuator);를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 토너카트리지.
  7. 6항에 있어서, 상기 셔터는 상기 본체에 슬라이드가능하게 지지되며, 당해 본체를 당김으로서 상기 개구가 개방됨을 특징으로 하는 토너카트리지.
  8. 6항에 있어서, 상기 셔터를 최대한 당겼을 때 상기 액튜에이터가 상기 셔터센서를 작동시키도록, 상기 셔터 센서에 대한 액튜에이터의 위치가 설정됨을 특징으로 하는 토너카트리지
