Claims (15)

  1. (ⅰ) 일반식(Ⅱ)의 (사이클로)지방족 디아민 및 부-생성물을 N-비치환된 카바메이트 및 디알킬 카보네이트의 존재하에 형성된 암모니아의 분리와 동시에 우레아 및 일반식 R2OH의 알콜과 반응시켜 일반식(Ⅲ)의 비스 카바메이트, 반응하지 않은 알콜, N-비치환된 카바메이트 및 디알킬카보네이트를 포함하는 반응 혼합물을 수득하고; (ⅱ)(ⅰ)에서 수득된 상기 비스카바메이트를 (ⅰ)로 재순환되는 반응하지 않은 알콜, N-비치환된 카바메이트 및 디알킬카보네이트로부터, 및 유용하지 않은 생성물로부터 분리하여; (ⅲ)상기 비스카바메이트를 촉매존재하에 용매없이 디이소시아네이트 및 일반식 R2-OH의 알콜을 포함하는 증기를 분획화하면서 비등하는 반응 혼합물과 함께 액상에서 계속해서 열분해시키고; (ⅳ)상기 열분해에서 수득된 디이소시아네이트 및 알콜을 조생성물로서 분별 축합시키고; (ⅴ)상기의 부생성물을 포함하는 열분해된 반응 혼합물의 일부를 계속해서 방출시켜(ⅳ)로부터의 조알콜과의 반응후(ⅰ)의 반응으로 재순환시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 (사이클로)지방족 디아민을 일반식(Ⅲ)의 비스카바메이트로 전환시킨 다음, 비스카바메이트를 열분해시켜 디이소시아네이트 및 부-생성물을 수득하는 단계를 포함하는 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 (사이클로)지방족 디이소시아네이트의 제조방법.

    H2N-R′-NH2(Ⅱ)
    R2-O-CO-NH-R′-NH-CO-OR2(Ⅲ)
    상기식에서, R1은 총 탄소수가 4 내지 12인 직쇄 또는 측쇄의 지방족 탄화수소그룹이거나 또는 총 탄소수가 5 내지 13인 치환되거나 비치환된 지환족 탄화수소그룹이며, R2는 탄소수가 1 내지 8인 1급 지방족 알콜로부터 하이드록실 그룹을 제거시켜 수득한 그룹이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, (ⅰ)에서 부-생성물의 양이 디아민 1몰당 5 내지 80g인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, (사이클로)지방족 디아민이 1,4-부타디아민, 2-메틸-1,5-펜탄디아민, 2-에틸-1,4-부탄디아민, 1,6-헥산디아민, 2,2,4-및 2,4,4-트리메틸-1,6-헥산디아민의 혼합물, 1,8-옥탄디아민, 1,10-데칸디아민, 1,12-도데칸 디아민, 1,4-사이클로헥산디아민, 2-메틸-1,3-사이클로헥산 디아민, 4-메틸-1, 3-사이클로헥산 디아민, 2-및 4-메틸-1,3-사이클로헥산 디아민의 혼합물, 1,3-사이클로헥산비스(메탈아민), 1,4-사이클로헥산비스(메탈아민), 1,3-및 1,4-사이클로헥산비스(메탈아민)의 혼합물, 4,4′-메틸렌비스(사이클로헥산아민), 5-아미노-1,3,3-트리메틸사이클로헥산메틸아민 및 옥타하이드로-4,7-메타노-1H-인덴비스(메탈아민)으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 알콜이 메탄올, 에탄올, 프로판올, 부탄올, 이소부탄올, 펜탄올, 이소펜탄올, 헥산올, 이소헥산올, 및 2-에틸헥산올로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, (ⅰ)에서 반응하는 디아민, 우레아, 및 알콜의 몰비가 1:2.03:4.0 내지 1:2.2:10인 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, (ⅰ)에서 반응하는 디아민, 우레아, 및 알콜의 몰비가 1:2.06:7 내지 1:2.1:7인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, (ⅰ)의 반응을 180 내지 250℃의 온도 및 2 내지 80바아의 압력에서 3 내지 20시간에 걸쳐 수행하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, (ⅰ)의 반응을 220 내지 240℃의 온도 및 10 내지 13바아의 압력에서 5 내지 8시간에 걸쳐 수행하는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 열분해를 180 내지 280℃의 온도 및 0.001 내지 2바아의 압력에서 수행하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 열분해를 230 내지 240℃의 온도 및 0.005 내지 0.05바아의 압력에서 수행하는 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 열분해를 염화아연, 브롬화아연, 요오드화아연, 염화제일주석, 브롬화제일주석, 및 요오드화제일주석으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 촉매의 존재하에 수행하는 방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 열분해에서, 반응 혼합물의 방출되는 부분:초기 비스카바메이트의 중량비가 1:20 내지 1:1.15인 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 열분해에서, 반응 혼합물의 방출되는 부분:초기 비스카바메이트의 중량비가 1:8 내지 1:3인 방법.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 조 디이소시아네이트를 분별 증류하여 실질적으로 순수한 디이소시아네이트를 수득함을 또한 특징으로 하는 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 분별 증류 단계로부터의 침전물을 조 알콜과의 반응후(ⅰ)의 반응으로 재순환시키는 방법.
