제 1 도는 실시예 1 및 비교예 1에 있어서 Pt 첨가량과 보자력과의 관계를 표시하는 그래프. 제 2 도는 실시예 1 및 비교예 1에 있어서 Pt 첨가량과 Rs, S*와의 관계로 표시하는 그래프. 제 3 도는 실시예 2에 있어서 Ta 첨가량과 보자력과의 관계를 표시하는 그래프. 제 4 도는 실시예에 있어서 Cr 첨가량과 보자력과의 관계를 표시하는 그래프. 제 5 도는 비교예 3에 있어서 Pt 첨가량과 보자력과의 관계를 표시하는 그래프.

  1. 비자성기체 위에 Cr층을 형성하여, 이 Cr층위에 CoCrTaPt의 4원계 합금
    Cr : X 1X18[at%]
    Ta : Y 1Y8[at%]
    Pt : Z 1Z15[at%]
    Co : 잔여
    로 형성되는 자성층을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
