Claims (3)
- 기재와, 이 기재의 표면에 형성된 제1의 자성재 박막과, 이 제1의 자성재 박막의 표면에 형성되어 수직이방성을 갖는 제2의 자성재 박막을 설치하고, 상기 제2의 자성재 박막이 막의 두께방향으로 자화되는 자기기록매체에 있어서 상기 제1의 자성재 박막이, 코발트를 주성분으로 하여, 여기에 소량의 하프늄과 탄탈륨을 첨가한 3성분계의 비결정성 합금으로 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하프늄의 함유율이 1 내지 5원자%, 탄탈륨의 함유율이 4 내지 10원자%의 범위로 제한되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2의 자성재 박막이 코발트 및 크롬을 포함하는 코발트 크롬계 합금박막으로 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
