Claims (1)

  1. 비자성 지지체상에 산소를 함유한 진공분위기중에서의 경사 증착법에 의해, 강자성 금속 자성재료료 된 박막형 자기기록층을 형성허여 이루어진 자기기록매체에 있어서, 상기 박막형 자기기록층을 구성하는 주상 결정구조중에 상기 강자성 금속 자성재료의 산화물 입자를 임의로 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매채.
