- Co100_XNiX의 조성을 지니며 육방조밀춘진 구조와 면심입방 격자 구조의 결정 구조를 지닌 강자성 금속 박막층의 기록층을 비자성 물질의 기판위에 증착시킨 자기 기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, x가 20×40 의 범위이며 Co와 Ni의 산화물이 포함된 자기 기록 매체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
