제 1 도는 본 발명 실시예 및 비교예에 있어서의 자기기록체의 보자력과 기판에 인가한 부의 바어어스 진압과의 관계를 나타내는 특성도, 제 2 도 및 제 3 도는 본 발명 실시에에 있어서의 자기기록체의 보자력과 기판에 인가한 부의 바이어스 전압과의 관계를 나타내는 특성도.

Claims (2)

  1. 소퍼터법에 의해 비자성의 기판상에 Cr막을 형성하고, 뒤이어 이 Cr막상에 Co합금막을 형성하고, 이 Co합금막을 에피텍샬 성장시켜서 이루어지는 자기기록체의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 Co합금막은 적어도 Cr을 함유하는 Co합금막이며, 또는 이 Cr막 또는/및 이 Cr을 함유하는 Co합금막의 성막중에 기판에 부의 바이어스 전압을 인가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록체의 제조방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 이 Cr막상의 Cr을 함유하는 Co합금막은 고주파 스퍼터법으로 형성하는 것을 특징으로하는 자기기록체의 제조방법.
