Claims (4)

  1. 기판과 상기 기판상에 형성된 자기층을 포함하며, 상기 자기층은 희토류 금속 원소층과 전이 금속 원소층이 상호 교대로 겹쳐지는 다층으로 형성되고, 상기 희토류 금속 원소층의 각각은 2Å 이하가 아니라 6Å 이하인 두께를 가지며, 상기 자기층은 희토류 금속 원소를 10 내지 40원자 퍼센트 함유하고 그 나머지는 희토류 원소 및 전이 금속 원소의 보상 합성물을 배제하는 전이 금속 원소로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 자기 기록 매체.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 희토류 금속 원소은 하나 또는 그 이상의 Tb, Gd 및 Dy로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 자기 기록 매체.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전이 금속 원소층은 하나 또는 그 이상의 Fe, Co 및 Ni 로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 자기 기록 매체.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 전이 금속 원소층은 Fe 및 Co로 형성되며, 코발트 함유량은 Fe 및 Co의 총양에 대해 1 내지 30원자 퍼센트 사이에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 자기 기록 매체.
