Claims (9)

  1. 비자상 기판(1)위에 비자성 바닥층(2)를 개재시키던가 또는 개재시키지 않고 연자성층(3)을 마련하고 또 상기 연자성층(3)위에 비자성 중간층(4)를 개재시키던가 또는 개재시키지 않고 수직 자기 이방성 기록층(5)를 적층한 자기 기록 매체에 있어서, 연자 성층(3)의 포화자화가 적어도 기록층(5)의 포화자화보다도 높은 재료로 구성되고, 또한 연자성층(3)의 막두께가 50Å~1000Å미만의 범위내에 있는 자기 기록 매체.
  2. 특히 청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연자성층(3)은 Ni-Fe(퍼멀로이)막, Co 또는 Co-M 합금층(여기에서, M은 Cr, Ge, Mo, Os, Pt, Re, Ru, Sb, Si, Ta, V, W 및 Zn으로 되는 군에서 선택되는 1종류의 원소)로 구성되는 자기 기록매체
  3. 특히 청구의 범위 제2항에 있어서, 상기 Co-M 합금에 있어서 원소 M의 함유량은 2~20at%이며, M이 Cr 원소인 경우 Cr의 함유율은 12at%이하인 자기 기록매체
  4. 특히 청구의 범위 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 연자성층(3)의 막두께가 50~500Å의 범위내의 자기 기록매체
  5. 특히 청구의 범위 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수직 자기 이방성 기록층(5)가 적층되는 연자성층(3)은 Cr 함유율이 12at%이하인 Co-Cr 합금인 자기 기록매체
  6. 특허 청구의 범위 제4항에 있어서, 수직 자기 이방성 기록층(5)가 적층되는 연자성층(3)은 Cr 함유율이 12at%이하인 Co-Cr 합금인 자기 기록매체
  7. 특허 청구의 범위 제5항에 있어서, 수직 자기 이방성 기록층(5)는 Cr 함유율이 15~25at%인 Co-Cr 합금이며, 그 막두께가 500~3000℃의 범위내인 자기 기록매체.
  8. 특허 청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 비자성 중간층(4)의 막두께는 300Å이하인 자기 기록매체.
  9. 특허 청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 비자성 중간층(4)는 B, C, Ge, Mo, Si, Os, Ru, Re, Ta, Ti, W에서 선택되는 원소의 단체 또는 이들 원소의 합금, 산화물 또는 질화물로 되는 자기 기록매체.
