Abstract
본 발명은 고 Bs 양호한 내열성을 가지는 연자성이고 많은 제조이익, 고저항율 및 고내식성을 동시에 만족하고 자기헤드에 적합한 강자성막을 제공하는데 있다.
CoFe기 합금에 Al, Ta, Nb, Zr, Hf, Ti, Mo, W로 이루어진 천이 금속의 군에서 선택된 최소한 l종의 원자를 첨가해 구성한다.
또한 Co계 질화합금에 Ta, Nb, Zr, Hf, Ti, Cr, Mo, W로 이루어진 천이 금속의 군에서 선택된 최소한 1종의 윈자 및 Al를 첨가해 구성하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (4)
- 일반시 CoxFeyTz(단 T는 Al, Ta, Ti, Zr, Nb, Hf, Mo, W로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 원자이고, x, y, z는 각각 조성비를 at%로 나타내고, 73 < x< 94, 5< y ≤ 15, 1< z < 12, x+y+z=100)로 나타낸 합금으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 강자성막.
- 일반식 (MaTb)xNy(단 M은 C0 또는 Co 및 Fe이고, T는 Ta, Nb, Zr, Hf, Ti, Cr, Mo, W로 이루어진 천이금속의 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 원자 및 Al, N은 질소이고, a, b, x, y는 각각 조성비를 at%로 나타내고, 85 < a <94, 4 < b < 15, a+b=100, 80 < x < 98, 2 < y < 20, x+y=100, M중의 Fe함유율은 0 ≤ Fe ≤ 15at%, T중의 Al의 함유량은 4 < Al ≤ 50at%)로 나타낸 합금으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 강자성막.
- 일반식 (MaTb)xNy(단 M은 Co 또는 Co 및 Fe이고, T는 Ta 또는 Nb로 이루어진 적어도 1종의 원자이고, N은 질소이고, a, b, x, y는 각각 조성비를 at%로 나타내고, 85 < a <95, 5 <b <15, a+b=100, 82 <x <97.5, 2.5 <y <18, x+y=100)로 나타낸 합금으로 이루어진 자성막에 있어서, M에 있어서, Fe의 함유율은 2.5 ≤Fe ≤ 12.5at%인 것을 특징으로 하는 강자성막.
- 제3항의 자성막에 Pd 또는 Re중에서 선택된 최소한 1중의 원자 함유율이 15at% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 강자성막.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
