Claims (17)

  1. 일반식(Fe1-xMx)100-a-b-c-dSiaAℓbBcM'd(식중, M는 Co 및/또는 Ni, M'는 Nb, Mo, Zr, W, Ta, Hf, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Y, Pd, Ru, Ga, Ge, C, P에서 선택한 1종이상의 원소를 나타낸다. X는 원자비를, a, b, c, d는 원자%를 나타내고 각각 0≤x≤0.15, 0≤a≤24, 2≤b≤15, 4≤c≤20, 0≤d≤10을 만족시키는 것임)로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 Fe 기연자성 합금.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 조직의 적어도 30%이상이 결정질로 되고 나머지 부분은 비정질인 것을 특징으로 하는 Fe기 연질자성 합금.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 결정질이 철을 주체로한 bcc 고용체인 것을 특징으로 하는 Fe기 연자성 합금.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 M′가 Nb인 Fe기 연자성 합금.
  5. 제1항에 있어서. 상기 M의 함유량(x)이 x=0인 Fe기 연자성 합금.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 M의 함유량(x)이 0.02≤x≤0.15 를 만족시키는 것인 Fe기 연자성 합금.
  7. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 M의 함유량(x)이 0.03≤x≤0.1를 만족시키는 것인 Fe기 연자성 합금.
  8. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서. 상기 M가 Ni인 Fe기 연자성 합금.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 M가 Ni인 Fe기 연자성 합금.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 M가 Ni인 Fe기 연자성 합금.
  11. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 Aℓ의 함유량(b)이 2.5≤b≤15를 만족시키는 것인 Fe기 연자성 합금.
  12. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 Ar의 함유량(b)이 3≤b≤12를 만족시키는 것인 Fe기 연자성 합금.
  13. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 Aℓ의 함유량(b)이 3≤b≤10을 만족시키는 것인 Fe기 연자성 합금.
  14. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 Aℓ의 함유량(b)이 7≤b≤l2를 만족시키는 것인 Fe기 연자성 합금.
  15. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 B의 함유량(c)이 6≤c≤15를 만족시키는 것인 Fe기 연자성 합금.
  16. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 B의 함유량(c)이 9.5≤c≤15를 만족시키는 것인 Fe기 연자성 합금.
  17. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 B의 함유량(c)이 10≤c≤15를 만족시키는 것인 Fe기 연자성 합금.
