제1도는 Fe-Cu-V-Si-B계 합금중의 미세 결정립의 비율과 철손과의 관계를 나타낸 그래프이다.
Claims (4)
- 일반식: FeQCubBVcSidBe(식중 a, b, c, d 및 e는 각각 아래식을 만족하는 수이다 a+b+c+d+e=100(원자%).0.01 ≤ b ≤ 3.50.01 ≤ c ≤ 1510 ≤ d ≤ 253 ≤ e ≤ 1217 ≤ d+e ≤ 30으로 실질적으로 나타내어지고, 미세 결정립을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 높은 포화 자속밀도에서 우수한 연자기 특성을 갖는 것은 특징으로 하는 Fe기 연자성 합금.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미세 결정립 합금중에 면적비로 25-90% 존재하고 그 중에서 결정입경 300Å 이하의 결정립이 80% 이상 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 Fe기 연자성 합금.
- 제2항에 있어서, 미세 결정립 이외의 조직은 비정질인 것을 특징으로 하는 Fe기 연자성 합금.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전술한 a, b, c, d 및 e가0.01 ≤ b ≤ 3.02 ≤ c ≤ 1017 ≤ d ≤ 253 ≤ e ≤ 12를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 Fe기 연자성 합금.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
