Co-Nb-Zr계(系) 비정질 자성합금(非晶質磁性合金) 및 이를 사용한 자기헤드
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명을 설명하기 위한 Co-Nb-Zr계 비정질 자성합금의 조성과 각종 특성의 관계를 도시한 도면.
제2도는 본 발명의 Co-Nb-Zr계 비정질 자성합금의 조성범위를 도시한 삼각형 조성도.
제3도는 본 발명의 비정질 자성합금을 사용한 자기헤드를 도시한 사시도.
제4도는 헤드 특성의 비교를 위해서 사용한 Mn-Zn 페라이트(ferrite) 단결정을 사용한 종래의 자기헤드를 도시한 사시도.
제5도는 본 발명의 비정질 자성합금을 사용한 자기헤드의 특성을 도시한 도표.

Claims (6)

  1. Co, Nb, Zr을 함유하며, 이들 3원소의 합계량을 100으로 하고, 3각형 조성도로 표시한 때에 각 원소의 함유량이 원자 비율로(81% Co, 14% Nb, 5% Zr), (88%Co, 9%Nb, 3%Zr), (86.5%Co, 12.5%Nb, 1%Zr), (81%Co, 18%nb, 1%Zr)의 각점을 연결한 직선으로 둘러싸인 범위내에 있는 특징으로 하는 Co-Nb-Zr게 비정질 자성합금.
  2. 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 Co-Nb-Zr계 비정질 자성합금에 있어서, Co, Nb 및 Zr의 함유량이 자비율로 (83%Co, 11%Nb, 3%Zr) (85% Co, 13%Nb, 2% Zr)의 각점을 연결한 직선으로 둘러싸인 범위내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 Co-Nb-Zr계 비정질 자성합금.
  3. Co, Nb, Zr를 함유하며, 이들 3원소의 합계량을 100으로 하고, 삼각형 조성도로 표시하였을 때에, 각 원소의 함유량이 원자비율로 (81% Co, 14%Nb, 5% Zr), (88%Co, 9%Nb, 3% Zr), (86.5% Co, 12.5% Nb, 1% Zr), (81%Co, 18%Nb, 1%Zr)의 각점을 연결한 직선으로 둘러싸인 범위내에 있는 Co-Nb-Zr계 비정질 자성합금을 자기 코어의 적어도 일부에 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드.
  4. 특허청구의 범위 제3항 기재의 자기헤드에 있어서, 상기 비정질 자성합금을 구성하는 Co, Nb 및 Zr의 함유량이 원자비율로 (83%Co, 13%Nb, 4%Zr), (86%Co, 11%Nb, 3% Zr), (85%Co, 13%Nb, 2%Zr), (83%Co, 15%Nb, 2%Zr)의 각점을 연결한 직선으로 둘러싸인 범위 내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드.
  5. 특허청구의 범위 제3항 기재의 자기헤드에 있어서, 상기 비정질 자성합금이 강자성 페라이트로 되는 코어불록 위에 피착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드.
  6. 특허청구의 범위 제4항 기재의 자기헤드에 있어서, 상기 비정질 자성합금이 강자성 페라이트으로 되는 코어불록 위에 피착된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드.
