제1도는 조성(Co 0.92 Fe 0.06 Nb 0.02) 77 Bx Si 23-x의 본 발명 비정질합금에 있어서의 B 조성비(x)와 각형비(角形比) Br/B1보자력 He과의 관계곡선이다. 제2도는 조성(Co 0.88 Fe 0.06 Nb 0.02 Ni 0.04) 75B15Si10인 본 발명 비정질합금에 있어서 두께가 다른 박체(薄體)의 시험주파수(f)와 보자력 He와의 관계 곡선이다. 제3도는 조성(Co 0.90Fe 0.06 Cr 0.04) 77B8Si15의 본 발명 비정질 합금을 가포화 리액터(reactor)에 적용한 자기 증폭기를 포함인서 구성되는 스위칭 전원회로이다.
Claims (3)
- 다음 식(Co1-x1Fex1Mx2)x3Bx4Si100-x3-x4(식중, M의 Ti,V,Cr,Mn,Ni,Zr,Nb,Mo,Ru,Hf,Ta,W,Re의 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종류의 원소이고, x1,x2,x3,x4는 각각, 0 (★스캔)x1(★스캔)0.10, 0 (★스캔)x2(★스캔)0.10, 70 (★스캔)x3(★스캔)79, 5 (★스캔)x4(★스캔)9의 관계를 충족하는 수이다)로 표시되는 비경질합금.
- M이 Nb,Ta,Mo,Cr의 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종류의 원소인 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 기재된 비정질합금.
- 두께가 25㎛ 이하의 박체인 특허청구의 범위 제1항 또는 조2항에 기재된 비정질합금.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
