Abstract
본 발명은 자기헤드에 성막되는 연자성 합금 박막을 포화자속 밀도 및 투자율을 향상시켜 출력 특성이 우수한 자기헤드용 연자성 박막 재료에 관한 것으로, FeA-AlB-SiC-XD-CE조성식에서 73≤A≤80, A≤B≤6, 10≤C≤13, 1≤D≤5, 3≤E≤7로된 wt%이고, X는 Ti, Ta, V, Zr, Nb 중 적어도 1종 이상으로 조성된 박막재료에 관한 것이다.

Claims (1)
- FeA-AlB-SiC-XD-CE조성식에서 73≤A≤80, A≤B≤6, 10≤C≤13, 1≤D≤5, 3≤E≤7로된 wt%이고, X는 Ti, Ta, V, Zr, Nb 중 적어도 1종 이상으로 조성된 자기헤드용 연자성 박막재료.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
