Abstract

고밀도 기록화를 달성할 수 있고, 또한 고출력, 고신뢰성을 가진 가지기록방식을 제공한다.
자성분말을 사용하는 도포형의 자기테이프 또는 자기디스크를 사용한 자기기록방식에 있어서, 자기테이프의 보자력(保磁力)을 2000 Oe~3300 Oe, 또는 자기디스크의 보자력을 2000 Oe~3300 Oe로 하는 동시에 포화자록밀도 15kG이상의 자기코어재를 사용한 자기헤드에 의해 신호를 기록한다. 자기테이프 또는 자기디스크의 보자력을 높이는데는, 사용할 자성분말의 침상비(針狀比)를 개선하여, 표면산화층을 저감시킨다. 자기코어재에는, 예를 들면(FeMCuRu)-N-O계(단, M은 Si,Al,Ta,B,Mg,Ca,Sr, Cr,Mn,Zr,Nb,Ti,Mo,V,W,Hf,Ga,Ge,희토류 원소중 최소한 1종을 나타냄)을 사용한다.

제3도는 고포화 자속밀도를 가진 자기코어재를 사용하여 제작한 라미네이트형 자기헤드의 개략사시도,
제4도는 각종의 보자력을 가진 MP테이프에 기록했을 때의 기록전류와 재생출력의 관계를 나타낸 특성도.

Claims (2)

  1. 자성분말을 사용하는 도포형 자기테이프를 사용한 자기기록방식에 있어서, 자기디스크의 보자력(保磁力)Hc을 2000 Oe~3300 Oe로 하고, 포화자속밀도 15kG이상의 자기코어재를 사용한 자기헤드에 의해 신호를 기록하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록방식.
  2. 자성분말을 사용하는 도포형 자기디스크를 사용한 접촉형 자기기록방식에 있어서, 자기디스크의 보자력 Hc을 2000 Oe~3300 Oe로 하고, 포화자속밀도 15kG 이상의 자기코어재료를 사용한 자기헤드에 의해 신호를 기록하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록방식.
