본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 1 도는 본 발명에 따른 FeCoNi 합금의 성분 범위를 보여주는 삼원 시스템 도표,
제 2 도는 FeCoNi 박막의 단일층 피막과 적층된 피막의 점을 측정하는 보자력의 성분을 보여주는 삼원 시스템 도표,
제 3 (A)도 및 제3(B)도는 Fe30Co40Ni30박막의 단일층과 적층된 피막에 있어서의 히스테리시트곡선을 보여주는 특성으로써, 제 3 (A)도는 Fe86Si14박막을 가즌 단일층 피막을, 제 3 (B)도는 적층된 피막을 나타내는 도면.

Claims (6)

  1. Fe, Co 및 Ni을 본질적으로 포함하는 연자성 박막에 있어서, 성분 범위는 20 내지 40원자%의 Fe, 15 내지 55원자%의 Co 및 20 내지 55원자%의 Ni인것을 특징으로 하는 연자성 박막.
  2. 본질적으로 Fe, Co 및 Ni을 포함하고, 성분 범위는 20 재지 40원자%의 Fe, 15 내지 55원자%의 Co 및 20 내지 55원자%의 Ni인 제 1 연자성 박막층과, 체심 입자 격자 구조를 갖는 제 2 연자성 막막층의 적층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연자성 박막.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 연자성 박막은 FeSi합금 박막인 것을 특징으로 하는 연자성 박막.
  4. 본질적으로 Fe 및 Co와 0.1 내지 5원자%인 Dy를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연자성 박막.
  5. 본질적으로 Fe 및 Co와 0.1 내지 5원자%인 Dy를 포함하는 제 1 연자성 박막과 면심 입방 격자 구조를 갖는 제 2 연자성 박막의 적층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연자성 박막.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 연자성 박막은 적어도 하나의 FeNi합금 박막과 FeCoNi합금 박막인 것을 특징으로 하는 연자성 박막.
