  1. MxLyJz(단, M는 Fe, Co, Ni의 적어도 1종을 나타내며, L, J는 각각 B, C, Si로부터 선택된 서로 상이한 원소를 나타내며, 또, x,y,z는 각각 원소의 비율을 원자 %로 나타내며 x+y+z=100, y+z10, x≠0, y≠0, z≠0이다)인 조직을 가지며 헤테로 아몰퍼스 2상 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 연자성 박막.
