Claims (4)

  1. RE : 10at% 이상, 25at% 이하, 여기서 RE : Y, Sc 및 랜더노이드 중에서 선택된 1종류 또는 2종 이상 B : 2at% 이상, 20at% 이하를 포함하고 나머지 부는 실질적으로 TM(단 TM은 Fe, Co 및 Ni 중에서 선택된 1종류 또는 2종류이상)으로 이루어진 영구자석 합금이고 그 조직이 Nd2Fe14B구조를 가진 RE2TM14B(여기서 TM은 상기와 같음)인 조성의 상과 이 상보다도 융점이 낮고 RE-TM계 금속간 화합물상(단, TM은 Ni와 Fe, Co중에서 선택된 적어도 1종류와의 혼합물) 혹은 RE-TM계 공정조직(여기서 TM은 상기와 같음) 및/또는 RE-TM-B계 금속간화합물상 (여기서 TM은 상기와 같음)으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성회토류-천이금속계 영구자석.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, RE-TM 계 및 RE-TM-B계 저융점상에서의 TM을 점하는 Ni및/또는 Co의 비유을 Nd2Fe14B계 상에서의 그것보다도 높게되는 것을 특징으로하는 내식성 희토류-천이금속계 영구자석.
  3. Nd2Fe14B계 금속간 화합물상(단 TM은 Fe, Co 및 Ni 중에서 선택된 1종류 또는 2종류이상)을 주체로 하는 분말과, 이 분말 보다도 융점이 낮은 RE-TM계 금속간 화합물상(단TM은 Ni 또는 Ni와 FE, Co중에서 선택된 적어도 1종류와의 혼합물)혹은 RE-TM계 공정조직(여기서 TM은 상기와 같음) 및/또는 RE-TM-B계 금속간 화합물상(여기서 TM은 상기와 같음)을 주체로 하는 분말과의 혼합분말을 압축성형한 후, 소결하는 것으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한는 제1항에 따른 내식성 희토류-천이금속계 자석의 제조방법.
  4. Nd2Fe14B계 금속간 화합물상(단 TM은 Fe, Co 및 Ni 중에서 선택된 1종류 또는 2종류이상)을 주체로 하는 분말과, 이 분말 보다도 융점이 낮은 RE-TM계 금속간 화합물상(단TM은 Ni 또는 Ni와 FE, Co중에서 선택된 적어도 1종류와의 혼합물)혹은 RE-TM계 공정조직(여기서 TM은 상기와 같음) 및/또는 RE-TM-B계 금속간 화합물상(여기서 TM은 상기와 같음)을 주체로 하는 분말과의 혼합분말을 압축성형한 후, 소결하는 것으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한는 제2항에 따른 내식성 희토류-천이금속계 자석의 제조방법.
