Claims (3)
- 코발트를 주성분으로 하여, 여기에 하프륨 및 탄탈륨을 첨가한 3 성분계 비결정 합금으로 이루어지고 상기 하프늄의 함유률이 1 내지 5원자%이고 탄탈륨의 함유율이 4 내지 19원자%임을 특징으로 하는 연자성 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하프늄의 함유률이 1.5 내지 3원자%의 범위로 제한됨을 특징으로 하는 연자성 제료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄탈륨의 함유율이 6 내지 8원자%의 범위로 제함됨을 특징으로 하는 연자성 재료.※참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
