Claims (1)

  1. Fe2O3가 49-58mole%, MnO가 20-35mole%, Zno가 10-25mole% 범위로 함유한 것으로 단결정성 장시 부족한 성분의 원소를 보충하는 횟수를 1-20회로 보충하여 균일한 화학 조성을 갖게 함을 특징으로 하는 Mn-Zn 페라이트 단결정 제조방법.
