- 액이 1000ppm 이하 할로하이드로카본으로 구성되는 테트라올로로 에틸렌으로 구성되는것을 특징으로 하는 유전액을 포함하는 변압기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
